In 2015, Shane Smith entered the team, and this led to our rebranding. This partnership has enabled us to expand our offerings, delivering greater focused attention to customer needs, including service of various kinds of climate control systems, duct fabrication, and setup. I founded the company was to deliver quality work with a local approach that we appreciate here on the Eastern Shore. My partner became part of the team after high school, and through his hard work, I recognized the same commitment in him. I decided it was time to add a co-owner to transform it into a family-owned operation, and to round out our service approach, our wives contribute in handling the daily operations.
