In 2015, Shane entered the team, and we transformed into Smith & Smith. This evolution helped us to enhance our offerings, providing increased specialized attention to customer requirements, including service of different types of heating and air conditioning, custom ductwork, and setup. The vision behind the company was to provide quality service with a local touch that we cherish here on the Eastern Shore. My partner joined the team after high school, and with his hard work, I recognized the same drive in him. I decided it was time to add a partner to transform it into a family-run business, and to support our care process, our wives assist in overseeing the operations.
