We bought our house this January, and about a month after we moved in started having major plumbing issues. I was 7 months pregnant, and whole house started backing up and sewage was overflowing. A total nightmare! Beagle plumbing was there ASAP, got the house flowing and cleaned up. They snaked the main, which got things going temporarily...

A month later, and the house was backing up again! I called them, and they came back out to get it done right. The owner came out to diagnose the issue. He used a high tech boroscope, and found the 'root' of the problem - tree roots in the main lateral. They went above and beyond to fix the issue since it wasn't fixed the first time they came out. They had to cut out a section of the lateral, and instal new pipe in our yard. They didn't just dig a pit in the yard, they cut out our sod, and put it all back together whey they were done. They also thought ahead, and added a clean-out so that we could access the lateral in the future. Since we have a large tree, we would likely have problems with root ingress in the future, but with the clean-out we can just water-jet them next time.

Really knowledgeable team. Fair prices. Fast service and great customer service. I'll call them every time.

My washing machine backed up and overflowed while my husband was out of town and SP Beagle happened to be working on a neighborhood house. My brother had used them previously and could not speak more highly about them so I thought I'd give them a try. I popped over to ask for help and the called in right away. The plumber who arrived was so kind and understanding and the plumbing was fixed and the washing machine was up and running within 90 minutes of the call. Although this was far from a plumbing emergency, as I'm sure they are accustomed to dealing with, as someone who wouldn't even know where to begin to fix this issue it was a big deal to me and I appreciated their punctuality, knowledge, empathy and professionalism. I will highly recommend them and will certainly use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

I have used SP Beagle a number of times for small problems . Yesterday I had a serious emergency with an unknown pipe leak somewhere in my walls . They were able to get someone out within a couple of hours and resolve it. It wasn't an easy find but they are so professional and thorough they located it. I am so impressed with their service on all levels . From my first phone call (where Justin kept me from jumping off the cliff in panic ) to the Juan , my plumber everything was handled. Another good experience with S P Beagle, helped with clogged kitchen sink drain this week. It took a couple of hours but Juan stuck with it and cleared out 15 years of sludge, impressive work. Juan was also kind of enough to check a cracked toilet to provide a recommendation on next steps. I continue to highly recommend S P Beagle, solid work and great customer service. Thank you!

This company has been a life saver!!! Late last night I noticed my roof was leaking and honestly who wants to start their weekend off with any stress right? I called over early this morning and the owner Sage completely sympathized with me, he came over right away, it's just after 9 am here and my roof is good to go! Quality of work seems ok but offset by poor service. They were rude to deal with and ultimate cost far exceeded initial estimate. Although quality of works seems to hold up, we didn't trust them and will look elsewhere for future plumbing needs.
