This company has been a life saver!!! Late last night I noticed my roof was leaking and honestly who wants to start their weekend off with any stress right? I called over early this morning and the owner Sage completely sympathized with me, he came over right away, it's just after 9 am here and my roof is good to go! The professionalism was outstanding, such a fast and friendly service. 5 Stars all the way!!!

We moved here from Northern California and were in need of a plumbing service. After receiving a bid from another company, Beagle provided a fair quote and solid information regarding the best approach to our needs. They completed the quoted project in record time and came back several times to improve our situation even though not part of the original quote. Every employee was courteous and very helpful. A special thanks to Christian who was professional with our recent requests.

Quality of work seems ok but offset by poor service. They were rude to deal with and ultimate cost far exceeded initial estimate. Although quality of works seems to hold up, we didn't trust them and will look elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Hands down the BEST plumber in the South Bay! They've responded to several emergency calls (many around the holidays). Just today they squeezed us in to install a new washer & dryer that Best Buy failed to do when delivered yesterday. Thanks to Sage and his amazing Beagle team - including Juan. They are reliable, clean and on time.

1 star because owner called me just now blaming me for not using them after they failed to return my call TWICE. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

Highest inspection fee of any shop i called ($115!). Didn't even tell me about the fee over the phone or at meeting. Just throws it at me after I went with someone else when they left me without hot water all weekend. Told him over the phone if he can't show up that day I would go with someone else, now he acts hurt because I actually did so. I want hot water, bro.

I call back same evening as the (3pm) as inspection Friday morning, i get told person who handles the call will call me back immediately, never does. I Call back noon next day and he tells me he never got a call, and last he spoke was Friday morning. And now he can't do my heater today.

Now he calls me Monday, complaining that I called after hours (they closed shop at 11am, I called noon), and he tried calling me twice before then.

He literally just told me Saturday at noon the last he talked was Friday morning. Where are these other two calls suddenly coming from?!

No, guy. I called you twice. Read your phone records correctly and stop complaining. You dropped the ball. I liked them up until this fiasco, but if this dude answers all customers like this, wouldn't recommend a plumber who literally calls you and complains that you did his job without him.

Sage the owner came out! What a nice honest man. Did the job fast, very courteous and hard worker. Very happy w/the results and highly recommend his business! The best!

Broke Expensive Faucet

Chris from Beagle came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. When he left, the $650 Grohe faucet began leaking. It had never leaked before Chris came. This is the faucet that Chris installed 8 months earlier. They called it a coincidence; charged us $115 to come out and diagnose the leak as a broken faucet. The pipes for the faucet are a few inches away from the drain that was unclogged.

We were on vacation at the time and when we returned and called them, they came to the conclusion that it was just an incredible coincidence. They then suggested that we hire them to come out again for $130 to SEE if they could fix it.

I have used a few plumbers during my last 45 years as a home owner; SP Beagle is now #1 (able to respond quickly, have experienced workers, and always get the job done to my satisfaction). The other day my sump pump was working fine when the rains started, then the next day the lines became clogged, and water started coming close to the family room. I went out in the rain and tried to fix it but no such luck. So I phoned SP Beagle and that same afternoon two guys came out. They snaked from the street to my back yard, about 90' downhill to where the pump was. That didn't work so they reached into the cold water and disconnected the pump, tested everything & put it back together. It still didn't pump so they pulled the pump out again & then snaked from the pump area back uphill to the street. This finally cleared the line & the pump started doing its job. This work was done while El Nino was pounding Redondo Beach, CA.
