Our new/old home had some major plumbing problems to a kitchen/utility room addition and required 50+ feet of new drainage pipe and their entire team, from the office to the crew, did a great job. Very professional, completed it quickly, cleaned up after their work and the cost seemed reasonable compared to the other estimate we had gotten.

This company is amazing! My brand new water heater suddenly went out. I have a 19 month old daughter so needless to say this was NOT convenient! S&B Plumbing was able to get me scheduled quickly. They also added me to an emergency list which resulted in 2 plumbers arriving to my house the very next morning (after someone canceled). Vince & Austin were so professional and courteous! They answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing along the way. In the end, they got my water heater back up & running in about 10-15 minutes. This was after another company told me it needed a new part! S&B Plumbing is officially my Plumbing company for life! Excellent service!!

We had a water leak coming through a wall due to a clogged AC drain. I sent a service request message via the S&B Plumbing's website at midnight on a Sunday and I received a callback from them first thing Monday morning.

The S&B's Customer Service lady was very empathic, she dispatched a tech crew to our house as soon as possible. Cody, the technician, and his partner were courteous, and professional. They didn't get the problem fixed the first time around, but they returned a second time with additional equipment and got it fixed for good.

We have always been satisfied with S&B plumbing's service. We highly recommend them!

I can't tell you how much I hate these people.

First of all, thank you s&b for sending me spam mail. I've waited two years to find you again so I can warn everyone about your business practices.

I hired this company to fix the shower knobs in my parent's house back in 2017. I was visiting at the time (I don't live in Texas) and I was leaving for the airport that day. They came over and "assessed" the situation - two elderly people, don't know squat about plumbing, my bags packed at the door, and an urgent situation.

They took one look at the shower. Literally 3 seconds and said "oh, you have to replace the whole copper plumbing behind the wall".

Why does it need to be replaced? They were happy to show me. They cut a hole in the wall, used a torch to cut out the main part that connects the hot/cold lines to the knobs (all copper)... showed it to me and said.... see, IT'S ALL BENT FROM USE.

Think about this for a second... a) it was behind the wall, so how could they know that just by looking at it, b) copper piping that thick doesn't just bend or get twisted out of shape from turning the hot/cold knobs.

The job should have been a simple replacement of the hot/cold knobs which were loose.

Look at the photo of my receipt to see how they chalked this one up. It's worded in a way that makes it seem like they did a routine install.

I was in no position to argue because I had to leave. If I didn't get it fixed that day my parents wouldn't be able to shower or get someone to fix it later.

I can't express how much I hate your company, your staff, and I sincerely hope your company goes under.

We love S&B plumbing--especially Junior! He replaced our galvanized pipes with PEX a couple of years ago and did a great job. It made a huge improvement in our water pressure. Today we had him come out for an unrelated issue: a pipe connected to our water heater was rusty and we were afraid it could burst. He checked it but found that the rust was superficial and the pipe itself was solid. He could have easily just replaced it and charged us a few hundred dollars, so we really appreciated his honesty. Everyone at S&B, including the front office staff, has been great to work with: competent, professional, and reliable.

OMG! What an amazing experience I just had with Mike and Richmond from S & B Plumbing. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. 'Was so impressed with the care they took to clean up the work site too. S&B was responsive, called in the morning and they arrived by 3pm, and fair and honest with their pricing. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I was a 30 year customer of one of their competitors. S&B is my new go to plumbing company. Thank you S&B! Job well done.
