The replaced a connection for an outdoor sink which had a pvc pipe that burst a few years ago from our freeze in 2021. Finally got around to calling them out to fix it and they did it quickly and affordably. Had them replace my garbage disposal 7 months ago so its the second time I"ve used them and they were just as good as before.

I had a leak that needed to be repaired and I called in the morning. They informed me that they couldn't be there till the afternoon. I asked them to try and get there earlier if possible.....of course I thought it wouldn't happen but I would ask. They were 2 hours earlier than they said....very impressive, especially these days!!! We have used S&B several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service!

Justin and his apprentice have done a great job fixing all my plumbing problems. It is so wonderful having hot water flowing again in my master bath sink! I didn't get it fixed for a long time as I was too busy or did not want to have a big plumbing job. They did it snappily . It was a quick and great job done. Then they fixed a few other spots and charged a reasonale amount..Thank you guys and S&B!

We had a leak between the meter and the house. We are on acreage, so the distance is 225 ft. My husband had placed a flag where he thought the leak would be. Another company gave us two options- they would start digging from the meter back towards the house for $65 per foot until they located the leak, ($1950 to start by our estimation), plus charges for any parts and repairs. Or, they would replace the whole line for $11,100!

From pictures I sent to Cierra at S&B, Bo called me and took the time to explain the base charge for digging ($375) and the hourly charge. Then, he repeated it on a separate call to my husband. His crew came out immediately and took care of the whole job (they found the leak within a foot of my husband's flag) in 90 minutes for $415.50!

I will call S&B with any plumbing needs from now on! Cierra, Bo, and everyone at S&B were kind and professional.

We had many items that needed to be taken care of. They were able to come out the next day. I am so happy with all the work they did. Brent and his team( I did not get the name of the other person) did a fantastic job - they are very knowledgeable and proficient. A friend recommended S&B to me after a disappointing time with another company. I am so happy I changed- they are great. He even helped me get my cat that ran out!

Needed toilet reset after floor replacement They replaced the flange and the fill valve then set the toilet. Found some other issues with the fixture and repaired those also. Quickly and cleanly. Had everything needed on the truck. Left workplace clean and neat. Highly recommended them

I've called on S&B before and never regretted it. Today I had a small crack on an exterior pipe, thankfully no damage inside at all. I told them I was ok for a while, but they showed up in about 90 minutes and got the work done beautifully. Very courteous as well. Every job they've done has been excellent.
