We had a leak between the meter and the house. We are on acreage, so the distance is 225 ft. My husband had placed a flag where he thought the leak would be. Another company gave us two options- they would start digging from the meter back towards the house for $65 per foot until they located the leak, ($1950 to start by our estimation), plus charges for any parts and repairs. Or, they would replace the whole line for $11,100!

From pictures I sent to Cierra at S&B, Bo called me and took the time to explain the base charge for digging ($375) and the hourly charge. Then, he repeated it on a separate call to my husband. His crew came out immediately and took care of the whole job (they found the leak within a foot of my husband's flag) in 90 minutes for $415.50!

I will call S&B with any plumbing needs from now on! Cierra, Bo, and everyone at S&B were kind and professional.

Needed toilet reset after floor replacement They replaced the flange and the fill valve then set the toilet. Found some other issues with the fixture and repaired those also. Quickly and cleanly. Had everything needed on the truck. Left workplace clean and neat. Highly recommended them

I've called on S&B before and never regretted it. Today I had a small crack on an exterior pipe, thankfully no damage inside at all. I told them I was ok for a while, but they showed up in about 90 minutes and got the work done beautifully. Very courteous as well. Every job they've done has been excellent.

Great service! Not only did Mike and Justin give us a better price on a leak than a first estimate, they actually were very thorough and found a second leak located not far from the first. They themselves were personable and communicative. The secretary Sierra was very polite and communicative as well. I really, really recommend them.

The liesfor $$$ I had a quote form one plumber bc the plumber I use was not avail for this service he quoted me $22k once my plumber came he said he lied and was fishing for a commission come on S&B do better this is why is I still with small companies better service and less over head for lies and out of pocket expenses never again !!!

UPDATE REVIEW / 06/25/2021: These guys are the real deal. So easy to deal with. Water heater had a problem w the pilot switch which happens sometimes with machines. They came out same day to diagnose and had it fixed by the next day due to having to order parts for it and everything was covered under warranty. Johnny, Cierra, Lisa, everyone was awesome. I would suggest signing up for their yearly membership program b/c it will pay for itself in the long run as you get priority scheduling and %off of any work done, etc. Give them a chance to win your business and you won't be disappointed.

A++ Plumbing company! Called 3 reputable companies to get bids on installing a water heater in the attic. All three were prompt and courteous, but S&B Plumbing had the best value of all 3. I did my research on NextDoor and here on Google. S&B was recommended the most by my neighbors and others. They were on time, courteous, and had the water heater installed in the attic in like an hour. Everyone from the office to the estimator to the service technicians all were courteous and helped me quickly. I will continue to use this company for any future plumbing needs and you should give them a try too as you will not be disappointed.
