I called several locations for quotes and, most importantly, a later evening appointment after work. My kitchen sink garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacement. Other businesses were too busy, did not work that late, but Jung was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. He arrived on time the same day. His quote was reasonable and lower than other companies. His customer service was excellent. He worked very fast and friendly throughout the service appointment. Another great experience! We had a leak from our water heater/thermal expansion tank. I called Jung and with his help, I was able to turn off the water supply to prevent further damage. His response time was great!
He has been very helpful investigating the cause and patient while waiting for water mitigation and repairs to the area where the water heater was located. He is great at responding to calls and texts and explains everything so that I can understand. He even checked in after the work was done. Highly recommend Ace 1 Plumbing!!!

My shower arm broke off in my hand and wouldn't thread back together. After consulting Yelp, I decided to call this company. Jung promptly returned my call and came to evaluate the situation within the hour, finding that in fact the arm was broken in two pieces. Because of the time of day and the extent of repair (opening the wall a bit to gain access), he came again the next day to complete the job. Because of the process, I was expecting a much higher estimate for the work and I was pleasantly surprised. Jung was very professional and able to work around the shoddy original construction that was in place. He even contacted me the next day to ensure things were satisfactory. I will definitely be contacting him for plumbing issues in the future!

I live in Los Angeles and purchasing a new property in Rocklin. Called Jung yesterday for an appointment to meet up with me today for an estimate as I needed someone to look at the plumbing to install a laundry sink/tub, even if I had to pay him to come out. I was surprised Jung said that no appointment was needed, and to text him when I'm ready and he'll meet me roughly around 30 mins Friday afternoon (today). Awesome right?

Well I did call and texted him today (just now). He apologized and said he won't be able to meet me since he was busy and he had jobs lined up. That's why I tried to make an appointment with him since I need to drive back 400 miles tomorrow back to LA. Asked me about the issue and gave me a rough estimate. Really? That's how you do business?

I should have called a more reputable company. Definitely won't work with someone who backs out of our verbal agreement.
