Over the weekend. I needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced. I called around to get a few quotes. Jung replied immediately. He listened rather than spoke over me. He asked for a few photos. He gave me a fair quote. His communication was appreciated. He showed up on time and respected the current Covid-19 protocol. Jung ran into a slight issue with the fix, rather than add on charges he said it comes with the job and honored his quote. Don't search for a plumber any longer. Give Jung an opportunity and I do not think you will regret your decision.

Extremely appreciate of Ryu, I had a leak in the pipes under my bathroom sink. I did a quick search on Google maps to find plumbing and he was the first person that I saw, I called him he answered right away told him the issue and he was here within hours. He came to the house looked at it and knew right away what was wrong, except for I didn't have the correct parts so he went out of his way to go and get them. He did efficient job. And I'm greatly appreciated that he wasn't expensive.

I had a problem yesterday with kitchen supply stub and valve. After failing miserably, I called Ray. He responded within 2 hrs. He showed up on time and needed to redo the stub and attach new supply valve. Ray was prompt and professional. Since this was a rental, I would have appreciated a call during the service. But in any case, the repair was done. If you need prompt service, give Ray a try.
