Highly recommend this company. My water heater went out on us the night of Thanksgiving and we were without any water due to a leak as well. Contacted RWB the next morning and Ric responded very quickly. He was able to give me a quote, arrived earlier than expected and was very efficient. My kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday and luckily I found RWB who was available and also accommodated the only time I would be home in the afternoon. He came well-equipped and took his time making sure the drain was clear and cleaned out as much as possible. He also gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future. Everything was clean and put back together at the end and the sink is draining great.

Ric and Annie were an amazing team. I had some reserve to hiring a job with 22 reviews but hey I gave it a shot because the review were so good. So lesson learned never judge just on how many reviews there are. As a part time real estate agent and property management I think I found my go to person. He was honest and fair when it came to estimate. I post a picture and Ric told me it was this much and how long it was going to take. Not like most companies who has to send someone out to give you an estimate. Ric and Annie made it too easy. They made sure everything was tightened and resealed. Just am over all good job. Not only Jonny A who is now my go to person for any maintenance work. You gotta get him after you hired Ric's team as he was the one that fix the dry wall. His pricing was fair as well. His attention to detail and not only he also tried to fix the fan and among other things. He is just that guy who just does a good job and wants to help people. I definitely recommend them and will be using then for future remodeling. Outstanding work team!

We moved into a fixer upper. I had some water leaking out the bottom of my wobbly toilet and noticed the bolts weren't tight. Tightened them, still had the leak. What I thought was going to be a quick DIY wax ring replacement was actually a backed up sewage line. We're remodeling the house and that was our only working toilet at the time. I checked Yelp for someone close by that hopefully could make it out the same day. I called Ric, he said he'd be here in a few hours. He was and I can now use the toilet! He even installed the new toilet I was hoping to install soon. Thanks Ric! (Rick?)

The owner Rick responded to a request quickly and offered after hours service at reasonable rates to resolve a leak the was causing structural damage to my patio laundry area. He came within an hour after my request in the late evening and fixed the issue efficiently. He was very fast and knowledgeable and very professional. Recently, my 6-year old Rheem tankless water heater failed and was covered for replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty did not cover installation. I contacted several contractors to discuss the project and selected RWB Plumbing because the pricing was competitive, and Ric was able to schedule installation fairly quickly (we didn't like taking cold showers too much). Ric also was helpful in speaking with the supplier of the replacement unit as needed to ensure everything went smoothly. Ric was very conscientious in his installation. I am a fairly meticulous homeowner and I was very happy with the way he put everything together.. way better than what the builder had done 6 years ago!

Ric responded right away and came out to give a free estimate for a slab leak that we had. Super professional and you could tell he was very skilled, experienced and confident that he could fix our slab leak which was our first experience with a pipe leak in our foundation. Ric is so dedicated to making customers happy - he came and did the repairs on Labor Day with no extra charge for holiday work. He arrived on time, was prepared and was extremely efficient and thorough getting the job completed and cleaned up as if he was never there.
