They responded to my Yelp inquiry. Foolishly, I talked to a couple other plumbing companies, and wasted time. When I called to follow up on the Yelp quote, they arranged to have a plumber come out in the evening...just ahead of a 4-day weekend. The supply house delivered the water heater, and the plumber arrived shortly after his target time. The plumber worked fast and proficiently. The job is perfect. The price was good. The customer service and professionalism was excellent in every respect. The company may be based in Descanso, but the supply houses are over in El Cajon, so they apparently have no trouble working anywhere in East County.

Long story short- Ric had a new 60gl water heater delivered within hours and completed the install by the end of the day. The plumbing was impeccable and I had hot water restored! Ric works hard and efficiently. He delivers the goods with no BS. Winner!

Hot water heater started leaking last night. I came on Yelp to find a plumber. Ric responded immediately. He told me he would be out here today around noon. I got a text from him telling me he would be here closer to 1:00. I liked the fact that he kept in contact with me. He arrived, was very polite and professional. He took out the old water heater, installed the new one, explained things, and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend him and if need be I will use him again.

My kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday and luckily I found RWB who was available and also accommodated the only time I would be home in the afternoon. He came well-equipped and took his time making sure the drain was clear and cleaned out as much as possible. He also gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future. Everything was clean and put back together at the end and the sink is draining great.
