I had contacted Ric after finding out we had roots growing into our sewer line, along with some corrosion. Ric was super quick to reply and I was able to easily communicate via email with him and his team to book an appointment. Ric laid out a plan of attack and provided a price estimate. Our downstairs shower and toilet flooded overnight and I submitted a quote. RWB sent Ric and he found the issue right away, he also let me see the video camera inspection to show me the line was clear and we ran water to ensure it was flowing with no issues. We've has two great experiences with RWB Plumbing. First we got a toilet roll holder stuck in a toilet and they were able to come out that same day and quickly fix it, and at a better rate than others offered. Second we had our pipes backing up and affecting various rooms in our house and they came out quickly the next morning to fix everything. Great service all around.

Gas line emergency! Neighbor smelled gas and SDG&E found a slow leak in an 80+ year old line. Suffice to say I needed it fixed FAST. I scheduled some bids and Ric gave me a thorough and honest walkthrough. He sent me the bid within an hour and was able to make time to start the next day. The RWB crew arrived early the next morning and worked HARD digging a 100-ft trench across 2 yards (through our delightful San Diego clay). They rolled through some unexpected weather and communicated updates with me daily (I was out of town for part of the job). They got everything done in 3 days, pulled permits and scheduled the inspection. We got our new pipe and our gas on, and they backfilled the trench.

I'm thankful to this team for their hard work and great attitude and communication on this project. The price AND timeline were unbeatable and they were experienced, licensed experts.
