I must say when I started this process to replace my sewer lateral, I was not thrilled. I got 4 bids and all were within $800. Although they were not the lowest(or the highest bid), I felt good about RVO because my 2 aunts and freinds have used them before. So far I am very impressed. They started the actual project today and I am glad I chose RVO. Roberto and Andrea are the best. The orginazation of RVO is incredible. They have been here 3 times before giving me the bid just to cover all points. It looks like they are winning me over. I would highly recommend using RVO and not waste any time getting any other bids. Will update but so far so great !

Roberto came out same day on a Saturday and within two hours from my first phone call with them my issue was fixed.

Had a great experience with R.V.O. They responded the same day I left a message online and quickly scheduled a visit. They were able to identify the problem, provide a fair price, and resolve in about an hour. If I ever have a need I'll surely use them again and would definitely recommend.

RVO plumbing has done several jobs for myself, friends, and colleagues. From sewer lateral replacement, to upgrading the main water valve, fixing a kitchen drain issue, and giving quotes to re-pipe homes.

Had them come out to check my 50 foot long sewer lateral. Instead of crawling under the house where the sewer lateral begins, they found a clean-out at the rear yard to use a mere 16 ft from the main sewer, and decided this was enough to declare the entire 50ft lateral would have to be replaced. When confronted with the fact that he only checked the last 16ft, he demanded full payment before doing the full job contracted for. He offered to let me pay by credit card, but it would cost an additional 3 percent to do so. Disgusted, I told him I'd get them a check from my parents for the $175. A couple days Iater we drove to the business address (which was a poorly maintained home in a residential district) and hand delivered the check. Afterwards, my emails, messages, and voicemails asking for a return inspection went unanswered, and I told them My dad would be taking them to small claims court. This elicited a nasty message from them saying they'd decided to cancel my check because I promised to take them to court if they did not provide the service they were contracted for. What a horribly unprofessional fly-by-night acting bunch of slackers. I wouldn't use them again if they paid me for the privilege. I'd give a negative 5 stars if I could. Stay away from this business.

Their website says ""You will be given a free estimate upon initial contact, and you must approve the price before we start working.""

They wasted my time trying to figure out a schedule and waited to the last minute to bring up ""We do have a charge for estimates""

Woman on the phone is rude. This company isn't professional. They will reschedule your appointment 2 hours before your appointed time. I would stay away from this company.
