Russo Bros, (Lucas) were great! We had a broken sewer line that extended into the sidewalk and were shocked the town took zero responsibility for the repair. Russo Bros. were fair and had the repair completed the repair in one day without issue.

it's an expensive ordeal but having the right company makes it all bearable. Lucas was professional and sympathetic. He was knowledgeable, dependable and reliable.

Russo Brothers pricing might be a bit more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. You will sleep at night knowing the job was done correctly and they stand by their work. My furnace failed on a Friday afternoon with a snowstorm forecasted for Saturday morning. I contacted Russo Brothers, my call was answered by a professional representative who took down all my information and concerns. Russo Brothers had a technician at my house within an hour. Antonio arrived at my home and was not only able to diagnose the issue, he had a replacement part on his service truck. I've had a couple issues over the last couple of months with my furnace. Antonio has come out a couple times and is hands down the best tech I've come across. He's extremely knowledgeable, very honest and takes the time to explain everything that is happening and how to fix. Great experience with Russo Brothers and especially Antonio, who's been able to diagnose and fix the problems each and every time.

had a pipe burst and flood my floor. called and someone was at the house within an hour, they couldn't fix it so they made us a priority the next day came with more guys, they were honest, knowledgeable, and found other issues we didn't know about and told that's just what to do to save it from happening again. It was a lucky call, never used them before, but I definitely will again.
