I have a very old house with very old plumbing. I also have Rudy's on speed dial. They go out of their way to help with our plumbing issues as soon as possible. All of the plumbers are very pleasant, they explain what the problem is and if possible give me different options as to how to repair what is wrong. Prices are also very fair. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or cheated in any way.

I had a really bad toilet clog. Mike Diamond plumbing couldn't clear and wanted a huge amount to pull my toilet and run a snake. Juan Jr. and Juan Sr. from Rudy's to the rescue! They came out quickly and cleared the clog in about 15 minutes. I will always call them first in the future.

The guys were super nice and took care keep my bathroom clean.

Excellent plumbing service, they are very good about communication and I found their prices very reasonable. They were quick to come and troubleshoot my shower problems and gave me a quote for the work and parts that same day. They send links for the specific parts they are buying too so you see how much everything costs and what is going towards labor as well, so there are no surprises. I highly recommend using their services if you live in the area.

Used them twice already to replace a Kohl shower module and a leak in my gas line at the meter. Price is reasonable and job gets done on time. Staffs that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! No monkey business! I am contacting them again to replace my water heater.

Was in dire straits with a broken water pipe in my backyard. Had to shut off the whole house water. Call a couple of other plumbers and got ""we're booked up, maybe tomorrow"". Rudy's sent David R. out within a couple of hours (even though they said they were booked up too). David was able to repair my old pipe repaired in about 30 minutes. Thank you.

The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called another local plumber, they came out and immediately said the water heater needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $2900-3200!!!! Really?!!! I said thanks, paid the $90 for the service call and called Rudy's. Rico and Juan came out almost immediately and, as rain began to fall, Rico pulled out the burner assembly and said that he might have a replacement burner at the shop. They left and came back with a replacement unit. As the rain got worse, Rico installed it and said that it should last another year (maybe more) but if it fails, next step is replacement. The hot water started to flow within the hour!

How much did that cost? $211!!!!! I appreciated that as inclement weather approached, Rico thought of another option, made modifications, installed the burner and saved me a ton of money. When the water heater needs to be replaced, there is only one call I'll make...Rudy's Plumbing!! Thanks!!!

When I lost use of the sewer line at my house right before Christmas, I tooled around Monrovia for a week or so, asking everyone, auto mechanic, dentist, etc., if they knew a good local plumber who could take on a big job. They all enthusiastically recommended one company, Rudy's Plumbing. From the get go, Rico was responsive and practical about what they could and could not do. He gave a fair price to redo the waste lines under the house including managing the engineering company we would need to hire to make the connection to the city sewer system. It took some time and photographic proof to convince the City that there was indeed a sewer line running down the street in front of the house versus running under the two structures on the lots behind me to the alley. Once that hurdle was overcome, Rudy's had their part under the house completed in 2 days and the engineer came right behind them and was done 2 days later. Rico was great about coming back once they were done, having his guys go back under the house to diagnose a problem with the water line to the refrigerator and personally coming out to pump water out of my trash can because it was too heavy for me to move. Rico is fair, practical and fun to talk to and his guys were hardworking, kind and respectful. I have joined the ranks of Rudy's Plumbing cheerleaders and can't recommend them highly enough.
