Called Rudy's Plumbing to take care of some fixes that I needed around the house per my housing inspection. The visit to provide the estimate was very informative and I felt like I learned a lot about how everything worked and what was necessary / what I could live with, even if ultimately I didn't go with them.

In the end, I thought that their estimate was fair and they were very courteous, so I booked them for the work. A different person came to do the work (Rico), but he was just as patient and willing to explain everything as the first person (Rudy). They arrived within the arrival window and completed the work quickly.

We are working through another estimate for work and I'm sure that will go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wow these guys are the best. Whatever your plumbing needs, they are the ones to get it done. Honesty, integrity, quick, smooth.....I have nothing bad to say about them. We had them do gas meter valve auto shut offs ( 9 of them) required by City of L.A. They pulled permits and had them done in one day. No issues...handled perfectly. At my friend's house, they pulled permits and replaced the main water and main gas lines from the sidewalk to the house. Great work, speedy service and everyone is SUPER nice. I won't recommend anyone else for all your plumbing needs. Go ahead, give Rudy's a try. I'm glad I did.

Great Plumbing service! From first call to service they were very professional. The plumber Rico was scheduled from 3-5 pm and showed up at 3:03! Did all the work I needed and for a fair price. Am very pleased. Definitely would have Rudy's Plumbing come back!

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible experience. Be aware. I wouldn't use this company or recommend. They tried to get us to do extra work that wasn't necessary and the charged us for the work. They use it to their advantage seeing we wanted to the job done ASAP. Not to mention they were the most expensive bid we had had. We ending up using them and then had a terrible experience with a 33% upcharge in the middle of the job. When I spoke to the owner about this extra charge they said basically said tough luck there was nothing they could do about lowering the outrageous bill. I would not recommend and will definitely not use them again.

This was my first time ever calling for a plumber. When i called for a quote she was very straight forward and gave me a best case and worst case scenario which all prices seemed great. I work night and get home around 8. I really needed the tub checked because I didn't want to shower in dirty water. The lady on the phone booked me between 8 to 10am. I thought i was gonna have to wait till close to 10 but nope! They got there around 8:30, got the job done within 10 or 15 min and left. Very nice personnel in person and by phone. 100% recommend

We had a nasty clog in a bathtub drain. I called Rudy's in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. Two guys. They went to work and got everything done in about twenty minutes. They did not try to sell us anything extra. They were very professional and friendly. They charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I paid them and they left. I was very pleased with the whole thing. I will certainly call these guys again if I need a plumber.

I had a problem leak on my bathroom, and some other problems in home like the handle of my kitchen faucet for drinking water was not working properly, called Rudy's plumbing, very courteous and professional customer service in the phone. Plumer's arrived to my home, I was able to notice his personnel has been trained to deal with the public, they take care of the problems I have, when they got to the kitchen faucet they honestly told me to go back to the place I purchased the faucet that shall be in warranty to obtain at no charge the defective part, they never try to push me to buy from them the part. Honesty and Great work. Far better than I expected. Very affordable and what is more important they told me their work is guarantee in writing. They clean up after they done with the work and they proceed to explain completely the precautions I should have in home with the plumbing fixtures, like use vinegar to clear my drains. Excellent Service I could not ask for anything better.
Charges were very reasonable. I know who to call anytime I need a plumber. Thank you Rudy's Plumbing.

Great plumbers and service! Very knowledgable and professional. I'm so glad I found them! Just this week there was a leak in the garage due to a hot water pipe issue. They promptly came to assess the problem and offered options to fix it. The next day they rerouted a hot water line and all was done so well and timely. Last year, Rudy's plumbers installed our kitchen/bath fixtures, and just a few weeks ago they repaired our older leaky faucets. Each time they came, service has always been consistently excellent.
