Rico Jr. and Juan were on time and professional. The customer service I received was outstanding, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job! I will absolutely use Rudy's again when I need a plumber in the future.

It was an ""impossible job."" The tub stopper was frozen. Sooty water was oozing from the sink. The other sink was filling. It could have meant going under the house, or much worse, & many many dollars. Usual plumber was booked to end of week. Friend recalled Rudy's. Rico I and Rico II Rios, the heirs & geniuses of Rudy's Plumbing, came, worked long & hard, prepped us for disappointment, & then suddenly I heard ""Ma'am, we got it!"" Problem fixed. And, they went on to give us info for the future repairs if needed, without any pressure to buy, call them again, etc. We've had many plumbers in our day -- these are standouts. Can't recommend them more. You'd be wise to give them a call. It will prove out. And, Two Absolute Gentlemen.

Weird, I know I've reviewed them before but it deserved an update. I've used Rudy's plumbing at least 5 times since I purchased my home back in 2012. Initial reason was to inspect the home for major plumbing issues. Since then they replaced a sprinkler head that was damaged by some idiot with a mower (me) before I got a landscape service. Another time they fixed a leaky outside hose attachment. Two clogs in the bathroom from excessive hair (again me...sorry for that mental image you'll never erase) and twice to snake the clog in the sink. I got a bid for a tankless water heater but he explained the best applications for such an appliance and I decided to wait until my current heater failed since it is a little old (he had informed me of the old heater when we bought the place). Last week they suggested we install a more powerful garbage disposal for the sink since it has clogged now twice without much cause other then a small amount of food. Rico, little rico jr, and victor have been great each time I've needed them and its nice to know I can call or text them with any issues. I've since gone on to suggest their services to many people I know. He fixed the kitchen in my Dentist's new home too.

We've used Rudy's twice now, once to install a new water heater and once to repair a leaky faucet in our bathtub. Both times they arrived when they said they would, did the work well and quickly, and charged a reasonable rate.

They took time to clearly explain what they were doing, and if there were options involved what the cost/benefit of those options would be. I asked them to take a look at another project, repairing under our shower, and they explained that they could do part of the work, but that it would only be a temporary fix until we addressed another issue. I appreciate that they were honest, not just taking the work in front of them, but really interested in building a longterm relationship with a homeowner.

We will use them for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

We had Rudy's Plumbing perform a major whole-house re-piping job in our home a few months ago. We are completely satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to call Rudy's again for any plumbing issues we have (although that may not be anytime soon since they re-piped our whole house and did it right).

As an added note, I want to express my appreciation for Victor. One day during this multiple day job, he worked all day alone because his coworker had taken ill. I've never seen anyone work so hard. I think he literally did the work of 2 people that day. Not only that, he was very respectful and courteous, and when there were choices to be made about which order to hook things up (i.e. bathrooms, kitchen, laundry), he made sure to check with me so that I had what was most important to me up and running before he left at the end of the day. Great job!

We'd spent a fortune on a ""never clog"" toilet that my 6 year old promptly clogged. The plumber who installed it could never get it working right. But Rico from Rudy's Plumbing fixed it right away. He also repaired the master bath shower to finally deliver good water flow, and fixed a leak on the shutoff valve for the downstairs bathroom.

We came home this evening to find water dripping from the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. It was after hours and the only way to stop the drip was to turn off the water main. I was convinced a pipe was broken in the ceiling, because that previously happened and I had a terrible contractor fix it then. Where were we going to get a plumber at such a late hour? A friend recommended Rudy's Plumbing. Almost immediately Rico headed towards our home and within minutes he arrived. I told Rico I thought a pipe broke in the wall, but he checked and double checked before assuming I was correct. He found a problem in the upstairs toilet seal that was actually causing the leak downstairs. Now, Rico could have charged me a lot of money to repair what I thought was causing the problem. I would never have known, except he's an honest plumber with integrity. He fixed everything within a short time and gave me a bill that was extremely fair. If you live or have a business anywhere near Rudy's Plumbing's service area, look no more.

I will use Rico and Rudy's Plumbing from now on and will gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Rico came right at the start of the window he gave us. Immediately found the problem and fixed it. No trying to make it more than it was. Super fast, and problem solved! I'd use him again!

I called Rudy's Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend and am so very happy I did. Rico was able to come out the next day and fix our leaky shower and noisy toilet. He was efficient, talked me through everything, and more importantly he did a great job! He got us up and running very quickly. Rico has a pleasant and professional demeanor.

I'm VERY happy and I will definitely be calling on him again.

I called Rudy's Plumbing because my dad cut through a water line. The guy came out and fixed it with no problems. When I came home from work, my shower didn't work. I called my dad and he said the plumber had asked him to check the shower before he left and it had worked.
So we called out the plumber again. He came back and flushed out the shower. He put all the handles on upside down and the shower was working, but was coming out brown and we had very very low pressure.
So I called another company the next day and it works great now. Really not pleased with a plumber not being able to put the faucet back together correctly and leaving the job before it's perfect. Wasted $50 on Rudy's just to have someone come back and fix the problem.
