My hot water heater stopped working over a weekend. They had a technician out within two hours on a Sunday. Jeremy was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. He went through all of my options and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to """"make a sale."""" Ultimately I opted for a new water heater install, and Jeremy and Jayce completed it quickly and efficiently. I paid exactly what they quoted me. Would highly recommend!

20 year old system went out so wanted a whole new system along with all the 35 year old duct work replaced. Called around and got numerous quotes and this company was among the lowest but really seemed to want the business. Had everything """"in stock"""" and a quick schedule date for install. They were here promptly at 0830 and,to my surprise, they had the entire job done and cleaned up by 1630. New system came with a great warranty and service plan and is functioning as promised. Would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I have used Rudd Heating & Air for a few years now. I'm selling my house and the inspector found problems with the a/c. There was a leak in the unit (tape was peeling off) and there was garbage in the drain pan. What the heck? The unit was just serviced by Rudd in March. Now the garbage could have been left there by a subcontractor when the house was built in 2015, but why didn't Hal say anything about it? I'm disappointed.

Our AC system had a clog. I sent in an online request to have the AC system repaired and received a call from them in less than an hour, and on a Saturday! The technician was in to fix the problem within a few days and did a great job.

On multiple occasions I have had issues with my heating & air units at my old house and now at my new house. I always call Rudd Heating & Air because they provide excellent customer service regardless. The receptionist who takes calls and does the scheduling is always friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians, regardless of which one comes out are always professional and identifies / resolves the issues with my units. They show up on time or contact you in advance to notify you if they are running behind. The prices are reasonable and based on some other quotes more competitive than some other similar companies in the area. Now that I'm where I plan to live for the next 20 years, I plan to setup a maintenance contract with them for both of my units. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
