Rudd just installed a new HVAC unit for us. A crew of 5 showed up and each knew exactly what their role in the install was. The crew was very careful to keep things clean as they worked. The old unit came out quickly. We had asked for some modifications from our old unit. The entire install went seamlessly. One of the best extras was a thorough explanation of how the new system would work. Before the crew left they did a thorough cleanup of the work area. We highly recommend Rudd.

Didn't show up for 1st two appointments. First one they send text late in evening and second one no notice at all. Signed contract for annual servicing so they obviously thought I was a captive customer. If this was his they treat new customers I can only imagine how they treat older customers. Stay away!

Called Rudd plumbing with an overflowing & backed up toilet on a Sunday. Left a message to which they called me back within 10mins and said he could be at my house within 3 hrs as he was at another home working. Jeremy showed up sooner than expected and couldn't have been any nicer and was fabulous!! Highly recommend Rudd as we will definitely be calling them for any future needs. Great experience with this Team! We found via Yelp RAQ. We had water appearing on the ceiling and were not clear on the root cause or what was needed to fix. The Team came and were able to diagnosis the problem, provide a cost estimate, and fix the problem all in one day. Their work is guaranteed for a year as well which made us feel more comfortable booking them on the spot.
