We're new to the area and found ourselves without any hot water recently - no less on a Friday night! We quickly emailed and texted some of the new friends we've met, and a few came back and recommended Rudd Plumbing, Heating and AC. To our very pleasant surprise, we were told they could get to us Saturday morning, and sure enough, Jayce was at our door before 9:00am. He fixed the problem in less than an hour, was extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with, and the price was very competitive, esp considering the troubleshooting he had to do with the manufacturer of our tankless water heater as well as having to get onto our roof to help him diagnose the issue. All in all a very pleasant experience and we won't hesitate to use Rudd again. Highly recommend, based on this first experience with them.

I am so glad I chose Rudd, they have been a great group of folks and they are very competitive compared to other companies. I had them price a 2 1/2 ton unit in July and I just had the second unit, 3 ton, installed by my favorite installation team lead by Adrian. He is a great professional and I really appreciate his attention to detail. He listens to my questions and it extremely polite and friendly. It's a shame that I only have the two units, I would enjoy his company for another install. Of all the reasons to choose Rudd; pricing, options, availability, personnel, they cover all of them. A five star rating for Rudd Plumbing is well deserved, I would rate them higher if I could! If you need a plumber call these guys and you won't be disappointed. I suggest you ask for Danny Gergory as he's outstanding but I am sure all their plumbers are great. I called them with a toilet problem, (water around the floor.). I said I was in no rush but they came in the afternoon, and within five minutes of being here it was fixed! The cost was much lower than I expected and they guarantee their work, Value For the Money!

Rudd just installed a new HVAC unit for us. A crew of 5 showed up and each knew exactly what their role in the install was. The crew was very careful to keep things clean as they worked. The old unit came out quickly. We had asked for some modifications from our old unit. The entire install went seamlessly. One of the best extras was a thorough explanation of how the new system would work. Before the crew left they did a thorough cleanup of the work area. We highly recommend Rudd.

We used Rudd a couple of years ago for a leak in our plumbing. The tech came out and almost instantly found the source of the leak. Fixed it in less than an hour. Rob, Dakota, and Fabian did an excellent job on my HVAC project. Both of my units needed replacing along with brand new ductwork. After getting multiple quotes, Rudd had the best cost with incredible service. They completed the job in two days.
