In 1993, Bobby took the leap to start his own business after gaining 11 years of experience in plumbing and heating. His strong work ethic and excellent reputation quickly propelled the business forward. Bobby's wife, Cindy, is instrumental in backing his ventures. She helps in the office and provides valuable insights for major decisions. From a young age, their son Phil was often alongside Bobby, learning to appreciate the craft. With age, Phil became eager to contribute to the growth of our business. Phil and his spouse, Melanie, are keen to plant their roots within the company. In 2018, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to accurately reflect our expanded services. We consider it a joy and honor to operate as a family-owned business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber ventured out on his own after 11 years in the plumbing and heating field. His strong work ethic and stellar reputation quickly led to business growth. Phil, his son, often learned the trade alongside Robert from a young age. With maturity, Phil became enthusiastic about contributing to our business growth. In 2018, we launched our HVAC division. Furthermore, we transitioned our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better illustrate our diverse offerings.
