In 1993, Bobby embarked on his entrepreneurial journey following 11 years in the plumbing and heating sector. Thanks to his unwavering work ethic and outstanding reputation, the business grew rapidly. Cindy, his spouse, actively supports Bobby in all his pursuits. She contributes to the business by managing office tasks and serving as a trusted advisor for key decisions. Phil, their son, grew up by Bobby's side, gaining an appreciation for the trade. As he grew older, Phil eagerly took on the challenge of expanding our business. Phil and his spouse, Melanie, are keen to plant their roots within the company. In 2018, we changed our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to better showcase our full range of services. We consider it a joy and honor to operate as a family-owned business.

In 1993, Robert Thurber took the initiative to establish his own business after 11 years in the plumbing and heating industry. Thanks to his steadfast work ethic and remarkable reputation, the business developed quickly. Phil, his son, often learned the trade alongside Robert from a young age. As he grew older, Phil actively worked to expand our company. In 2018, we launched our HVAC division. We also changed our name from RT Plumbing and Heating to RT Services to accurately represent our full range of services.
