We were shopping for a new air conditioning and heating system when we had Tim from RT Olson come by to check out our unit. While discussing a new system with him, he worked on a quote for us, and we found their pricing to be the best.
We decided to go with RT Olson and start a new project to install a new system. They did an amazing job with the installation, and we even moved our system from the garage to the attic. I also requested them to install a whole house fan from QuietCool, and Tim was very responsive--he got it done the same day!
The entire project lasted four days. They were very professional, kept our house clean, and delivered excellent work.
We are officially their new plumbing , Air conditioner customer.
Here are some pictures of their work. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely recommend them to others, including my family!

They don't just do plumbing - they also fix heating/cooling issues! We had many issues that they troubleshooted and ultimately resolved.
Tim and his team of HVAC technicians were awesome to work with! I actually had such a great experience with them that I called them back a second time for another issue. Both times, Tim responded immediately to my texts and setting up an appointment with the office was seamless. For my urgent issue they were able to fit in a same day visit and with a less-urgent issue they scheduled me first thing the next day. They are very professional with text and email updates about when a technician was on his way as well as the name and picture of the technician. They were reliable - showed up when they said they would and figured out the solution. While HVAC repair can be pricey, I felt their prices were fair and they didn't try to push extra costs unnecessarily. They also gave realistic advice about the longevity of our HVAC system and left it up to us to decide what repairs to do.
I highly recommend RT Olson for HVAC issues!

Plumbing leak. The skill and knowledge Adam had saved me a lot of money.
Adam knew exactly how to locate the leak. He is very skilled and knowledgeable.
If my future need for a plumber, I will call RT Olson Plumbing.

Hello all, I quickly wanted to stand Adam from Olson Plumbing! Fantastic gentleman, professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of my project.
He was able to quote my project, which consisted of pulling an encroachment permit at the City of Corona on a Thursday, and by Monday, the project was complete without a hip-up.
I highly recommend Olson Plumbing and Adam. Their pricing was competitive, too. It's a win-win situation.
Thank you :)

Do not look any further. These are your people. Honest, reliable, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! Tim came over on Wednesday to check things out for us. Our upstairs bedroom ran 8-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. He went over all of our options and told us what he would do if it were his house. Saved us money! He is passionate about what he does and we knew from the start we didn't need another quote or another opinion. He came back today and got to work right away. He was quick, clean and absolutely magic. For the first time in 10 years that upstairs room feels just like the rest of the house. Y'all have our business for all things plumbing and A/C. Thanks Tim!

My entire system needed replacing, and a friend recommended Tim Eagleson and his team at RT Olsen. I received an extremely low quote compared with other companies and decided to give them the job. They showed up on time, installed everything, and hauled away the old equipment in less than 6 hours. Tim showed me how to change the filter on the heat pump, which kind of filter to buy and how often to switch them out, and how to operate the new smart thermostat with my phone. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and everything was working as it should before he left. I'm very pleased with their work and recommend them highly!

RT Olson Plumbing did an excellent job solving our leak problem. Shane came over to my house and was extremely patient and helpful. He even gave us a few pointers on how to avoid that kind of leak in the future. I strongly recommend this company and Shane in particular.
Update: Nacho (their drywall specialist) did a wonderful job repairing the hole in our ceiling. RT Olson Plumbing is great with drywall, too!

I used to be a customer of Dave who has done lots of plumbing work for our house in the past few years.
And this week, our kitchen sink got clogged, and we tried to reach out to Dave, however, instead, it's sent to RT Olson Plumbing which we didn't use.
So, the appointment was easy to set up, and the plumber arrived on the same day.
After checking the clogged sink, the technician said 159 which is acceptable. Next, here is the story started.
Then, the technician started to up sale and recommended that I should flush the water for my heater and also tune up service for my two AC units, and none of them were under the reason I called them for.
And I totally understand that it's my option to take those extra services or not. So, finally, I agreed to do the heater water flush and two AC units tuneup plus fixing clogged kitchen sink for 450.
Then, the technician called his dispatch to arrange someone else to do the AC tune up service which I thought it will be the same person. This is fine to me as well even though this is not what I expected.
After the call, the technician stated to work on the heater to flush the water. In order to do so, he had to turn both valves off for the cold water and the hot water.
The cold water valve was easy to turn off. However, the hot one is a tough one, and the technician tried 5 to 10 minutes and every single way to turn the valve off for the hot water line, but it didn't work.
After pushing and pushing, then, the handle of the valve broke!
So, I got on a phone call with Bob, the owner, to discuss how to solve the issue. Bob said your unit is too old, and this issue kept happing all the time, and I need to pay the money to fix it. What? This is crazy. Why should I pay for something that got damaged while someone is providing me a service that I have paid for? If it is an old unit and the valve is hard to turn off, just tell your customer in the front instead of breaking it!
I really don't know what to do at that moment.
Then, I called my lawyer friend asking his opinion. He told me that this is nuts and they should be responsible for all of this because it is their carelessness and fault.
So, I called Bob again and explained to him what my lawyer said. Then, Bob offered free labor to fix it but I had to cover the cost for the part, which is 129. And then, I thought this was acceptable because I am not an unreasonable person.
But they cannot fix it on the same day due to missing parts, and they would come the next day today to fix it.
After this whole 2 hour drama instead a 15 minutes kitchen sink clogged issue, while I was having my lunch, I was chatting with one of my coworkers husband who has been a plumber for 20 years living in Los Angeles.
He told me that I should send them away just because they were up selling things to me, and he old me that it is not necessary to flush the water heater at all. And these people are just here to take more money from me. And he also warned me that nobody knows what could happen next when to cut off the pipe to replace the valve and more damage could happen, and then more money I have to pay, then, I am going to be stuck with them.
So, I called them to cancel the appointment next day, and paid the 159 for the sink issue.
And I was writing this review to just share the experience I have with this company.
While I was writing this review, Bob called me after knowing that I cancelled the appointment.
Bob was helpful this time. And he told me that he would fix it either way, but still, I would have to cover the cost for the part.
And then, I told him that's no problem, but I also do have my right to share my experience and feeling to the rest of the families and customers and let them know what i went through, and then, they can make their own decision if they want to choose RT Olson.
After I mentioned I was doing Yelp review, Rob said his team is willing to fix this at no cost from my side, which is very nice of him.
After all, and chatting with my friends, I don't think it will be worth it to fix the valve with a broken handle since it is not leaking and I can still use the water as normal.
So, this is the experience I am having. If you have read to the end, thanks for reading through this, and hopefully this will help you and give some guidance while you are choosing the service provider.
Thanks all.

When I first discovered a slab leak in my home I freaked out. After some research I came across RT Olson and called them. Shane Becica was our tech and was great from the moment he arrived, very professional and courteous. He identified the problem(s) and let me know all of my options and was very honest. Follow up is extremely important to me and he definitely came through.

This company is great to work with from customer service to field work.
We had a pipe break outside our home and a neighbor recommended calling RT Olson. We read through their excellent reviews and called. Roxanne was so helpful and was able to get someone to our place that morning. Shane worked through the mess in record time to assess the damage and gave us a very fair price to complete the repair. Unbelievably, the company was able to send Rudy out later that afternoon with the parts to complete the repair. He fixed everything, but had to leave the repair exposed to dry overnight. He was back first thing the next morning to complete the job. The jobsite work was cleaned to perfection, the techs were knowledgeable and communicated through each step, the cost was fair and every item was explained before the work was started. This was an epic example of company teamwork. We have already shared our experience with RT Olson Plumbing with several neighbors and we know who we will call if we need a plumber in the future. Great job!
