Amazing experience! Bob answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment right away. He showed up on time, did his evaluation and proceeded on fixing the issue right away. I was super relieved that it was an easy fix and affordable! The previous plumber had misdiagnosed the issue and was going charge me thousands. I would highly recommend using this company.

If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 6500 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees.
I can also share my insurance report about RT Olson.
Its normal for RT olson to call me a liar and defend his company
BTW this company got me no money instead the adjuster suspected a fraud claim and he almost denied my claim. I had to use a different company which has done the work for less than what RT Olson charged.

I have seen the work that Bob and his team do firsthand. I also hear the way Bob treats his clients and his employees. It's bosses like him that make a difference in their employees and in turn their employees make a difference out there in the job field. He is a fourth generation plumber, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've used RT Olson Plumbing multiple times now for toilet repairs, replacing faucets & shut off valves, replacing outdoor faucet, and they just replaced our water pressure regulator too. Their associates give above and beyond customer service. Every time I call they have someone here within a day. They are efficient, clean up after they're done, and take time to explain things if you ask and make sure all your questions get answered. And if you have any problems they won't hesitate to come back and make it right.

I could not have asked for a more professional service.
We had a below slab leak that we caught early. RTOP was able to get on the calendar as second plumber evaluation.
Kyle, was the service tech to respond. As a retired contractor and firefighter i have seen both ends of contracting and public service. Kyle knocked it out of the park from his first evaluation.
We were expecting a 10k dollar plus repipe, and worried of how to absorb this hit. Kyle was able to reassure us he could find and stop the leak. Typically i would have blown that response off and went with another. He showed great humility, experienced knowledge and didnt go over the top. Within an hour he was able to pinpoint the leak and stop it. As well as express the various types of repair's . Because of the available money at hand and with his exceptional knowledge and reassurance we went with a pipping reroute. Kyle nailed it. Perfect craftsmanship and attention to detail and homeowners concerns. RT Olson may have a new candidate for ownership. Thank you young man. Excellent job.

Great Service! Kyle was extremely polite and friendly,, my kitchen faucets hot water wouldn't wrk and he recommended changing the angle stop found that the O ring was broke and it was in the actual faucet, he pulled it apart and found the little pieces that was blocking the water, I paid 70.00,thank you for the honesty at times u get hustled ,and no one appreciates that,, honesty will and fair prices will always benefit the company with loyal clients and the customers who find someone they trust thsnks again

This company has terrible customer service. They worked on a tub vibe for 2 weeks and could not repair it. They even sent out several plumbers. They made the problem worse. I had to call another plumber to fix their mistakes, which took 2 hours. I had to put out extra money to correct their mistakes, therefore I refused to pay. They threatened to sue and ruin my credit so I paid. Through their mistakes, I was inconvenienced for 2 weeks. I had to go outside and turn on and off the water every time my family (3 girls) and I used the bathroom. NO INTEGRITY!

I found a wet spot on the floor in the family room adjacent to the kitchen and thought I was facing my 3rd slab leak. Since the previous experiences were horrible, I did an extensive research and decided to try RT Olsen. It was a great call. Bob came out that day and quickly found a leaking pipe in the wall. The water had ran along the wall into the kitchen behind cabinets and I needed to get the insurance company involved. He fixed the pipe for a great price, referred me to an experienced EMS company to deal with moisture issues and took pictures and dealt with my insurance adjuster in a professional manner. I decided to do a whole house repipe and add a water system Bob recommended, also for a very reasonable price. The whole project was about a week worth of work and all his employees were excellent, courteous and did a good job of cleanup and wall repair. I am very happy with the end result and plan to call Bob again for future work.
