Mike M at RSM Plumbing saved us today - I would give him a million stars out of 5 if I could. We are nearing the end of a complete home remodel and the sub-contractor installed our new countertops today - on a Saturday. I wasn't home but my husband called to tell me that the subs broke the valve under the sink (or something along those lines - plumbing is not a language I speak fluently), and water was flooding the brand new hardwood floors we just had installed in the kitchen, entry way, and into our dining room. My husband and the sub got the water shut off - but we needed a plumber in ASAP to fix the broken valve (or whatever it was). My husband called RSM Plumbing and they sent Mike M out to fix it. He came out within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. After he left we realized that the pilot light on the hot water tank wouldn't light again despite my husband's efforts. Mike M was already on his way to another job about an hour away but I called the dispatch who plead our case to Mike M who agreed to drive an hour back out of his way to come and fix the pilot light. Let me tell you - Mike M didn't have to agree to help us out. The job he was on was near his home and it would have been the last one of his long Saturday - but he DID come out and he DID help us out. If he hadn't - we likely would have been without hot water until Monday. Mike's kindness, and the dispatcher's (didn't catch her name) kindness and empathy about our frustrating and dire situation really touched my heart. It's so nice in these challenging days and times to deal with wonderful people who go out of their way for a customer. So THANK YOU MIKE M AND NICE DISPATCHER!

I had them when I remodeled my kitchen and they did a great job years ago. I had a stopped up sink so if course I called them. Gilbert is great, efficient and friendly. He fixed the problem an then gave me tips to keep the drain flowing.

I had the BEST experience with RSM Plumbing today! I needed a new toilet. RSM Plumbing did EVERYTHING for me. They even got the toilet & new connectors for me. Appointment scheduled in one day. James made a courtesy call when he headed to my house, arrived on time, wore a mask and completed the job in under 45 minutes!! He even took my trash bag with him.

James was friendly, polite and conscientious. He cleaned up and hauled away the old toilet along with all the packaging from the new toilet. Made sure the water was back on and the toilet worked, and no leaks!!

I would HIGHLY recommend RSM Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Had a clogged drain at 5:00 Pm on a weekday. Called RSM and in two hours James came out to look. Couldn't work on it then but gave me a time to come the next day. Called 30 minutes prior as he discussed. Came back unclogged drain and did a couple other maintenance issues. Highly recommend James and RSM Plumbing!!
