I needed a new hot water tank and i called RSM Plumbing. Erin took my call in the office and was very professional and courteous. Gilbert came out and gave me an estimate same day . I hired them and Gilbert came on the day ,at the time agreed upon, and did a terrific job along with his assistant Gilbert Jr. I will definitely call RSM again if ever needed.

I have used RSM Plumbing services (as well as their affiliated Geers Plumbing located in Huntington Beach) several times over the last 2 decades and have never been disappointed. Don, the owner (?) is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic, and has a great team of craft-persons at his disposal, each with a particular area of expertise, providing a broad range of products and services. I've had new work done in a shower/bath, a new hot water heater installed, clogged pipes, etc etc, done over the years, with a consistent degree of professionalism that I've (unfortunately) not seen much elsewhere, in any business. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needed plumbing services and/or products!

Gilberto was just out here. Came on time and diagnosed the problem right away. Fixed it, and was on his way. Really nice guy. We've been using RSM for a long time and Gilberto is one of the best plumbers that's been here.

Gilbert with RSM is always able to fix whatever plumbing problem we have at the property I manage. Sometimes it may take a little longer if they get an emergency call somewhere more emergent than my needs at the time but they always get the job done and done right. We use RSM for all of our plumbing needs at my 62 unit property.

Gilbert arrived early,good start. What should have been a 4hrs job at the most,took 7-8hrs. He knew what he was coming for. He did not have the parts he needed. You would have thought he had them in truck. So off he went to get parts, (took 2hrs) He was on his phone most of the time that he was working, at times I thought he was getting directions on how to do the job. Next day after sprinklers went on,I notices water leaking from pipe. Had to dig out dirt to get to leak, now I have to find valve to fix that. If I had not had a broken bone in wrist and a torn shoulder,facing surgery, I could have done the job my self and in less time. He also left again for 1/2hr for more parts. Gilbert was very pleasant, but job took way to long. Never again!!

RSM came out on a Sunday, fixed a problem with my Aunts Hose bib which had broken after 35+ years of deterioration. Tech was very professional. Being a Sunday the charge was very reasonable.

RSM came out the next Day monday for an unrelated visit due to a clogged sewer issue. Problem took hours of analysis. But the tech was able to determine what the issue was and what the long term solution would entail. Again very professional and the rate was standard with plumbers in the area.

We will call them again in a heart beat.
