After comparing different prices, this company seemed the most reasonable. The staff was very helpful and it was obvious that they knew their job. They were virtuous and answered ever question I had with no hesitation. I am a satisfied customer, and will for sure be using them again if needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who is having plumbing issues. Great job, with a good price!

I was told a plumber would come to my house between 12 and 2, when I called at 2:15 he said that the plumber was running late. But by then I had to leave the house to pick up my children. I was really disappointed that I got zero phone call telling me that the plumber would be late. Very unhappy with that type of customer service.

I called at about 10:00am and they had a guy here by noon to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He did a good job and installed a new faucet for us too. It was $200, but I think it was worth it for a quick response and thorough service.

Gil and Jorge arrived quickly and fixed a big leak in one visit. They added a pressure valve and replaced two shutoff valves in my dad's 46 yr-old house in Irvine. My 90 yr. old dad is very happy with their service and they were extremely polite to him.

Terrible.
I called them to have someone give an estimate on what we thought was a slab leak.
I also called a second company per my insurance co (who showed up first and ended up fixing the problem which was a pin hole leak in an exposed pipe above ground).
As soon as I found out the nature of the problem I called RSM back to stop their guy from coming out as I didn't want them to waste time or expense for something that was being resolved. By coincidence their guy was at the door when I was on the phone with them canceling the appt. I also explained to him the situation and he said no problem and was happy that it wasn't a larger issue.
About 10 minutes later a ""Mike"" calls me back and says ""thanks for wasting our time"" and that it was ""unprofessional of me to call 2 companies to look at a potential job""!!
I guess I'm an unprofessional consumer as opposed to a professional that would have fixed the leak themselves!!
They don't get the service company / consumer concept and in reading some of the reviews below it's apparent they've been jerks before and the only decent guys may be the ones that actually do the work.

I manage a 16 unit building that is 54 years old, so things are getting old and leaking, and Gilbert of RSM plumbing has consistently saved me from plumbing emergencies--slab leaks, sewage backup because of roots and a crack, along with the ""normal"" clogs and aging pipes. He always assesses the situation quickly, and fixes it with expert precision. He knows his stuff AND he patiently answers all my questions. I'm so glad the owner of my building has a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company, one that I would recommend to anyone who knows the value of a skilled plumber and wants the job done right.

AMAZING customer service! My aunt and I had to do a repipe at our home recently and Gil the plumber was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire ordeal. The price was good as well. You pay for quality work right! Thanks Gil!

This company is a joke!!!! The first time they came out they didn't even have the correct tools to fix my drain problem. So I rescheduled and they came back out and took their sweet time and never even fixed the problem. I was told to dig up some drains and they could come back and and maybe fix the problem. What was quoted on the phone was not what I was charged and ended up spending $1100.00 and actually ended up getting my problem fixed for $100 on top of what they didn't do for $1100.00. I would suggest to look somewhere else for plumbing issues this company sucks.

These guys are extremely expensive. Do your research. You have plenty of choices. They charged me $280 for what I later found to be a $75 job which they completed in 7 minutes.

I don't think they have a company full of idiots rather, I'm trying to bring attention that all it takes is one. I posted a picture of the work. The people are very very nice on the phone and in person. People 5 outta 5 sill 0 outta 5. Someone should say it.
