Recommended Customer Reviews

Very fast, friendly staff and professional. I would recommend anytime. Customer service department was easy to reach.

Stay away from this POS company. Overpriced BS. Employees not happy with their jobs and make up stories to tell customers so they can charge more on customer's site. Hire some professionals who know what the hell they are doing! Not calling them again see ya

I chose RS Andrews after doing my due diligence and reading reviews. I also communicated with Mr Diaz a few times to address my expectations and to ensure these concerns would be relayed to the installation crew. The crew arrived on time, they were professional and installed the loose fill insulation to the correct height to allow me to achieve the desired R value. They replaced all cardboard baffles with styrofoam, added some baffles, and insulated my hatch door, as I had discussed with Mr Diaz. The job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in the market for attic insulation.

Never will give them business again. Broke heat blower and I paid for it's replacement. Never again.

RS Andrews is the worst company ever. They just came here to service our A/C unit, we have two thermostats and two zones. When it was running fine in one zone the other zone wouldnt cool. So we called the RSAndrews people to service. He came and said coolant leaking or something and but he made it worse now it is not working in either zone and the temperature is not at all reducing. And they are giving lame excuses that the outside temperature is 87 .. Yesterday when it was 100 our air conditioner in one zone worked and brought down the temperature to 72... I dont know where these people come from and call themselves professionals. I would give -ve review if there is one.

It's interesting how RS Andrews has gone from 5 stars to 3 stars on Yelp over the past 3 years. It does however reflect my own experience. When I first used RS Andrews they were very responsive, I could text their person who worked on my house and he would handle everything. Now he doesn't respond to texts, you have to call their helpdesk, where you get a long hold time. You have to book appointments weeks in advance even for routine maintenance. If you need service on a Saturday, they are closed. Also their pricing isn't great either as some other reviewers have pointed out. It's like they raised prices and cut the level of service quality. I also learned that they poorly installed my humidifier with a pipe that is too short. Didn't realize until I called another company out and they showed me that it was too short to connect to the canister.

Thomas Hardeman now works for this company. He used to own Plumbit but unfortunately had to close it down due some mishaps, he's a wonderful plumber and highly recommend him. RS Andrews is the company he now works for, and has many plumbers working for them. I requested Thomas because I used him in the past and I know he does quality work! He's honest, efficient and cleans up after he is done. Super nice guy and I'll be requesting him to come back to install my water heater ! Company is very nice and has dispatcher call and confirm ETA of the repair person. If they're running late they will call and tell you. It's a big company so I'm thinking they get a lot of calls, I had to call a few times to get someone to answer because agents were helping other clients. But it's ok rather get a live agent then leave a Voicemail.

We called them a few weeks ago to have a basic maintenance done on the ac/heating units and to get a quote on having the whole house air ducts and dryer vent air ducts cleaned. They came out the same day for the heating and air maintenance, and called me a day or two later with a quote for the air ducts. I had called a couple other companies as well and they were around the same price give or take a few dollars for the heating and air maintenance but had a ton of reviews so we chose them and they blew everyone else out of the water with the pricing for the air duct cleaning, (except for one company that was wayyyyy lower than everyone else and that made me a little suspicious of that company LOL) Well we got our dryer vent duct cleaned today and we held off on doing the whole house for just a little bit but I am very pleased with the work and my dryer now is working properly, drying the clothes in just one go round. The guys that did the work were very professional and answered all my questions. ** warning... They informed me that you should clean your dryer ducts once a year and that issues with the dryer is the number one cause of housefires!

Was alerted to water flowing out of the basement by our neighbor and called R. S. Andrews to assess the issue and fix the issue. Although it was after hours, David Stitt was at our home within an hour of the call. He helped us turn off the water and diagnosed the issue, but as it was dark wouldn't be able to fix it. However, David made sure that his dispatcher would send out someone first thing the get us up and running again. At 7:30am, I got a call from master plumber, Michael Waters, that he would be at our home in 20 minutes. All told, after about an hour or so of work out plumbing issue was repaired better that when it had been originally installed and it was a LOT less than I expected. Both of these men are a credit to R. S. Andrews and if I ever move it will be hard not having a company like them to partner with. Fun fact: these guys aren't on commission. They don't get paid more to """"sell"""" things you don't need. These guys are professional, tell you what you need to fix the issue, and fix it.

During a regular (contract) maintenance visit the R.S Andrews technician recommended expensive and seemingly unnecessary repairs (everything was working fine) and when we questioned the repairs the technician was almost offended we were asking. The house and systems are only 5 years old (one system on an addition is only a year old) and we have always had regular semi-annual system maintenance. We ultimately agreed to the repairs so that is on us, but the entire experience left us with 0 trust in the company going forward. The filters were also replaced at significantly higher cost (I think double) than the last visit -- look like similar filters with same name, but could be different so I acknowledge that, but why put in different more expensive filters than last time, and at least without explanation; or if the costs have gone up on filters at least let us know? We felt like because of the house we live in the technician decided to run up the bill. That may not be the case at all, but that is 100% how we felt. Separate, but related - when we had our backup generator installed, Perkins Generator quoted (and did the entire job for) $10,000. RS Andrews Electical provided a quote as well - $25,000 for the same job and same generator, and the salesman disclosed RS Andrews would source the unit and sub the install to Perkins, and there were no new lines to run and no new boxes to install. I assume they drove up to the house and decided to swing for the fences. Just another data point for us that RS Andrews is not looking out for our (or your) best interests.
