My kitchen faucet was having very low pressure and R&R came out to evaluate. Jesse came within and hour of being called, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the faulty angle stops and attempted to clean out all the debris from the failed gaskets. It was already Friday night after 5pm so he asked to bring my faucet into his shop so that he could try to salvage the clogged pieces inside. The next morning he called me and came over to reinstall the repaired faucet, and to restore water pressure to normal. He saved me $800 by fixing my faucet, instead of having to purchase a new one. He went above and beyond what was expected and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jesse!
