Kevin is our new favorite plumber!!! I spent the day working from home at my boyfriend's house to wait for a plumber to handle a job that ANOTHER plumber from a different company couldn't fix the night before. Kevin arrived on time and was unbelievably polite, careful, knowledgeable and worked seamlessly with the head engineer in our condo building to completely remedy the issue in a timely manner. His positive ""can-do"" attitude the entire time he worked was invaluable in a situation that had been frustrating the night before to say the least. R&R's pricing is completely reasonable and if Kevin is any example of their staff, they are probably the most professional plumbing service I've worked with in years. FIVE STARS !!! He also noticed some missing gaskets and repaired those at the same time. On-time arrival and floor protection were another great experience.
