In terms of pricing, they are one of the highest in terms of costs. They charge a service fee for estimates unlike many competitors. Plus for such a high price at double the rate of others they should have state of the art tools.

What shocked me the most was the techniques they suggested to fix a problem was complicated and unnecessary and ugly. You can do plumbing without destroying any walls or ground if you have the right tools. Note only few plumbers I spoke with had the tools to do it the right way which is surprising.

We LOVE RPB! They are courteous and efficient. We've called them for a number of plumbing issues (clogged sinks, toilet installation, repiping, water main repair...). Tammy (the dispatcher) is on top of things and makes sure we know when to expect the technician. She is super friendly and considerate. The technicians Richie and Jason are wonderful! They're both courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They haven't tried to sell us pricey upgrades or price gouge us. I highly recommend RPB!!!

After 17 years RPB service is still 5 stars.

RPB installed our central air and upstairs Fujitsu heat pump back in 2006 soon after we purchased our house. Service was excellent.
Seventeen years later, our Fujistu system is well past its life, so i called RPB for a quote to replace the system.
Given the 17 years, I was surprised at the price and scheduled the install of a very nice AC Pro mini-split heat pump.

Jason (who provided the quote and initial service) and Alfredo performed the installation on a really hot day in SoCal. They were courteous, accommodating, and left a clean worksite.
Tami at the office was awesome too with scheduling and answering my questions.

Main Sewer pipe broke and I was referred by our usually Plumber to RPB. They were great and came out to inspect and camera where the break was. The Guys at RPB were great and the office notified me of all the up dates. The main was repaired and back in service the next day. I realize not every job is able to be repaired this fast. Would not hesitate to recommend or call them out to repair again.

RPB has provided our plumbing and A/C service for several years: they are the best! Call and they respond quickly! Jason has done the majority of our work, but anyone else they send has been excellent. They finished installing a tankless water heater last week and are returning this week to ensure all is working well. We have an annual contract that includes twice a year maintenance.

We are so pleased with RPB Plumbing... that we have recommended them to several friends who concur with our review!

The people at RPB Plumbing, from the person who answers the phone, the scheduler, and the plumbers are considerate, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their prices are fair and transparent. I have used their services many times and they have always come promptly...even on weekends and holidays. They are careful to keep the area clean.

Jason, my plumber from RPB Plumbing was the best. Pleasant, knowledgeable, thoroug. I've had so many plumbers out to fix my 110 year old house none were able to remove the tree roots growing thru the pipes but Jason did.

Absolutely THE WORST. Ridiculous costs. Truly highway rubbery. And the attitude and arrogance of their office gal, Robyn, is obnoxious and extremely appalling. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Really should be sued and should not be in business. (The one star is only because there is no ZERO star rating). Charging over $600 to replace a $15 part? Really? And when asked to provide an itemized cost breakdown, she rudely says it is what it is, we have to cover our overhead (not that parts or labor are expensive - which they are not - but it's ""because we have to cover our overhead"", with the moon arrogant and inconsiderate attitude. And that ""you don't go to McDonald's and ask how much is the meat."" The audacity. The arrogance. I am truly offended and deeply appalled.

RPB Inc. recently installed a new HVAC system in my mother's home in Cerritos and they did a wonderful job - we could not be more happy! I found them through my mom's local parish bulletin and chose them after considering estimates from HD, Costco and 2 other independent providers also Yelp. RPB prices were very competitive but it's the service that stands out for us.

Jason and his team were very courteous, attentive, reliable, and responsive. We also chose to remove asbestos in the attic ductwork and install a whole new duct system. The third party abatement team worked out really too and Jason was there to coordinate and supervise their work. And working on the estimates, permits, and payments with Robyn in their main office, was excellent experience as well.

All in all, we're extremely happy and satisfied with RPB and I'm glad that I chose to go with a local, family-owned business because they took excellent care of our new HVAC installation project. Many thanks RPB!
