Absolutely THE WORST. Ridiculous costs. Truly highway rubbery. And the attitude and arrogance of their office gal, Robyn, is obnoxious and extremely appalling. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Really should be sued and should not be in business. (The one star is only because there is no ZERO star rating). Charging over $600 to replace a $15 part? Really? And when asked to provide an itemized cost breakdown, she rudely says it is what it is, we have to cover our overhead (not that parts or labor are expensive - which they are not - but it's ""because we have to cover our overhead"", with the moon arrogant and inconsiderate attitude. And that ""you don't go to McDonald's and ask how much is the meat."" The audacity. The arrogance. I am truly offended and deeply appalled.

RPB Inc. recently installed a new HVAC system in my mother's home in Cerritos and they did a wonderful job - we could not be more happy! I found them through my mom's local parish bulletin and chose them after considering estimates from HD, Costco and 2 other independent providers also Yelp. RPB prices were very competitive but it's the service that stands out for us.

Jason and his team were very courteous, attentive, reliable, and responsive. We also chose to remove asbestos in the attic ductwork and install a whole new duct system. The third party abatement team worked out really too and Jason was there to coordinate and supervise their work. And working on the estimates, permits, and payments with Robyn in their main office, was excellent experience as well.

All in all, we're extremely happy and satisfied with RPB and I'm glad that I chose to go with a local, family-owned business because they took excellent care of our new HVAC installation project. Many thanks RPB!

Arrived in the time window and I got a call from the office when the tech was en-route. The tech wore fresh booties when coming inside. Pricing is fair. I used them for an emergency AC service on a hot day and decided to try them for routine maintenance. Will definitely use again. Plus I really like that they are based in Bellflower where I love.

These guys are great Ive used them for several projects. There up front and professional and a very clean work ethic!
My fire place was smelling like gas had the come out to look at it, gas valve was bad! They Ordered part returning a few days later and it's done. Thanks for the fantastic work

My laundry sink has been backing up and I called and they came out the same day. Ritchie was awesome, very friendly and patient. He got the line cleared and everything worked great. The next morning my shower was backing up, thought it was part of what he did. He came out, again, the same day, and fixed that. It ended up seeming like a coincidence, but again, he was very friendly and professional and did a great job.
Will Definitely use again and highly recommend.

Being a woman I did not know the first thing about looking for a plumber , to fix my leaky faucet in the kitchen ! Changed some piping under the sink and left it in perfect working order .

I did a lot of Googling and after hours of inquiring, God directed me to this company !

As a local home and business owner I've used RPB for several problems bigger than I could handle over the years. They've always been effective, courteous, and professional in their work.

This week I tried to flush too much cat poop and paper at once, causing a clog that I couldn't reach with a 50' hand snake. I called RPB and set an appointment. The tech arrived at the earlier bound of the time window, cleared my clog in less than 30 minutes with a 75' power snake, and billed a reasonable amount. As usual, I didn't even ask for an estimate up front; just here's what happened, here's what I tried, now fix it.

The worse customer service ever. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL plumbers, and extremely expensive! Stay away or you will be sorry you ever contacted them in the first place. There are plenty of great plumbers out there. Do not trust RPB Plumbing.

I live with MS and needed to have some grab bars and a seat installed in my shower. They were knowledgeable about accessibility modifications and helped guide me into figuring out the best configuration for meeting my needs. They also gave me choices on which shower seat I preferred.

Other plumbers came out before I contacted RPB. They either ghosted me or were too busy to do this small job.

RPB, on the other hand, were very empathetic to my needs and got me a quote and scheduled the installation in a timely manner.

The crew was efficient, polite and professional. They did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a great job with the installation and helped improve my quality of life.

This is a reliable company! They came at the time they said they would.
Fixed our heater, they suggested our heater switch to be replaced, and they weren't pushy about it.
But I decided it was better to be safe than sorry so I did want the switch replaced
They had to order it and they were going to call me to set up an appt to install it.
It only took a few days for the part to be ready they called me and we set up an appt
They came at the time they said they would and I could not be happier.
It's soo hard to come across companies that take other people's time into consideration.
I just love it when people keep their appointments.
