Curtis' ingenious method unplugged kitchen and bathroom sinks within 10 minutes this morning. The plumber who had examined the job yesterday proposed cutting and splicing the section of plugged pipe for $4000. Can you imagine?!

We had three toilets backed up into the master bathroom shower. I called three other companies but they couldn't come until the next day. One recommended Roy's. I called and was told someone would be there within two hours. They came, took care of the backup while explaining what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future.

Great service! Discovered that the shower wasn't draining one night and tried to fix it over night with ""green gobbler."" The next morning the shower still wasn't draining. I called a little before 8 AM and was set up with an appointment anywhere between 9:30 AM and 11 AM. Got a call around 9:15 AM that the plumbers were on their way. I thought I would need two plumbers because I thought the toilet was gurgling, but nope, I only needed one. It turned out to be just a shower clog and not a sewer problem.YAY! I was only charged for one plumber, which was so awesome and incredibly fair. Both plumbers were professional and hard-working and explained everything to me. I would call them again in an instant without any hesitation.
