Roys Sewer Service came out because when my washing machine would hit the rinse cycle my tub would back up with water and dirt. the service man did an EXCELLENT job.
i was given a window btwn 1030-1230 and they showed up at 11.

I will DEFINITELY use Roy's Sewer Service again.

They r very reasonably priced.

I don't often write Yelp reviews, but because of the terrific job Roy's did for us this morning, I feel compelled to write this. Overnight, our downstairs bathtub filled up with sewage back-up, which was obviously upsetting to us. We searched through Yelp and NextDoor and Roy's got really good ratings and it appeared that they specialize in sewers and drain repairs. I called this morning and the woman on the phone said they could get someone out today. About ten minutes later she called back and informed us that she had someone on the way. John showed up and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. He got his rooter/snake machine out of his truck and proceeded to go to our clean-out and start working his way through the pipes. Within about ten minutes he found the problem, removed the blockage and our toilets and tub were back in working order. All was done within 45 minutes. He was fast, efficient and very professional. We're very pleased and will be happy to recommend Roy's in the future.

Thanks for literally NOTHING. My French drain was backing up. You sent a guy, he tried for two minutes to unclog. Ran a snake , that didn't help. Shot some water into the drain. Said he basically had no idea and CHARGED 225.00 !! I feel so ripped off. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money for literally NOTHING. I'd be happy to pay a small fee to come out BUT 225.00?????

We have a kitchen sink drain that, without fail, get clogged every 6 months or so. Roy always fixes it for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.

We will use Roy's again and again for our sewer Hydro Jetting with a camera to show what's going on underneath in our sewer line. Everything about this company is TOP SERVICE !

Curtis' ingenious method unplugged kitchen and bathroom sinks within 10 minutes this morning. The plumber who had examined the job yesterday proposed cutting and splicing the section of plugged pipe for $4000. Can you imagine?!

We had three toilets backed up into the master bathroom shower. I called three other companies but they couldn't come until the next day. One recommended Roy's. I called and was told someone would be there within two hours. They came, took care of the backup while explaining what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future.
I would definitely call them again if needed.
