We have called Roy's several times for clogged drains and sewer lines and we have always had good service. This last time was the best and I just have to write a review for them. I called them this time for a clogged kitchen sink drain. They sent John G out to us within several hours. Not only did John G clear our drain quickly and with no mess by clearing it through the exhaust pipe on our roof, but he noticed we had a leak in our solar system while he was up there and fixed it. All for the minimum one hour charge.

I called to get my storm drain cleaned out because it's been backing up during storms. They were able to send someone on the same day, and we're very clear about pricing and what would follow if there were any complications. After taking a look at our system, Curtis was able to clear the drain pretty quickly and helped figure out if a second snaking was necessary (it wasn't). Great service and communication from everyone, and I'd recommend the company.

I had a slow running kitchen drain that needed to be cleaned from under the sink out to the main. I have a house that was built in the mid 1960's and the pipes need some cleaning about every 18 months. I called Roy's and got an actual person to handle my call. They were able to have a technician ( his name is Ian) at my house within two hours. Ian was very personable, courteous and knew what he was doing. He had the problem cleared up quickly and in a neat fashion. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I will definitely be using Roy's again when the need arises.

Kevin and John came out today to clean out my sewage back up and tank. Both were awesome and did a great job. Within an hour everything was cleaned unfortunately the pump wasn't working but they called a company that can help resolve the issue. In the end everything was fixed and the new pump is working like a charm. Thanks Roy's for all your help!

Left a message online Sunday afternoon. Got a quick note back saying they would set up an appointment Monday morning. Curtis was here by 10:30. He took more care getting the rig up the 2 wooden deck stairs than anyone has in the 30 years I've been here - even other Roy's guys. I was really appreciative because I'd just had the deck rebuilt. He cleared the main in short order and we were back in business. THANK YOU, ROY'S!

Two of my three sinks started backing up. I called Roy's Sewer Service Monday morning and by 2:00pm Mark had fixed the problems and made recommendations on how to keep things running in the future, all with a smile, confidence, and professionalism! Thank you Mark for being a huge help!

Roys Sewer Service came out because when my washing machine would hit the rinse cycle my tub would back up with water and dirt. the service man did an EXCELLENT job.
i was given a window btwn 1030-1230 and they showed up at 11.

I will DEFINITELY use Roy's Sewer Service again.

They r very reasonably priced.

I don't often write Yelp reviews, but because of the terrific job Roy's did for us this morning, I feel compelled to write this. Overnight, our downstairs bathtub filled up with sewage back-up, which was obviously upsetting to us. We searched through Yelp and NextDoor and Roy's got really good ratings and it appeared that they specialize in sewers and drain repairs. I called this morning and the woman on the phone said they could get someone out today. About ten minutes later she called back and informed us that she had someone on the way. John showed up and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. He got his rooter/snake machine out of his truck and proceeded to go to our clean-out and start working his way through the pipes. Within about ten minutes he found the problem, removed the blockage and our toilets and tub were back in working order. All was done within 45 minutes. He was fast, efficient and very professional. We're very pleased and will be happy to recommend Roy's in the future.

Thanks for literally NOTHING. My French drain was backing up. You sent a guy, he tried for two minutes to unclog. Ran a snake , that didn't help. Shot some water into the drain. Said he basically had no idea and CHARGED 225.00 !! I feel so ripped off. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money for literally NOTHING. I'd be happy to pay a small fee to come out BUT 225.00?????
Come on that SUCKS.
