My grandmother's kitchen sink was clogged. She called Ace Plumbing and they came right away. The plumber that came out said he was unable to snake the drain due to an old fitting and would have to come back out with additional help the next day, open the wall and replace the fitting. The estimate for this service was $1800, which she declined to have done. He charged her $108 for coming out (and not fixing anything). My mother referred her to Roy. He came out first thing the next morning, fixed the clogged sink within 30 minutes and charged her less than Ace did. If you're looking for an honest plumber that's going to get the job done and isn't just out for a quick buck...call Roy!!!!

I had been looking for a plumber for quite some time to fix my master bathroom shower drain, I decided to call Roys Plumbing because I saw his flyer up at the Anatolia Clubhouse. I did not think he would answer since I called on a weekend but we scheduled an appointment for the next day, Sunday. I couldnt be happier with the service my shower drain is fixed and Roy even gave me some tips about the painting that I was doing in my house. I will definitely use his service again if I ever need it.

I chose Roy's Plumbing based on the reviews but my call got referred to another plumbing company without being told and they did a fine job I guess but filled in the hole leaving a huge bump that I had to clean up. They also seemed to have overcharged this very ignorant person as they stated they upsold the job and shared money with Roy's.

I can't give a true rating but not happy with the situation.

Roy's Plumbing is awesome. He is very flexible and affordable. As a landlord who doesn't always have time to research and fix every problem at the house, Roy's Plumbing has been my go to person for the last year and a half. Problems are fixed fast and his prices are reasonable.

The best part is...he is very handy and fixes many things, not just plumbing.

Roy's Plumbing Company is great! We called in the evening and he was here the next morning, even though we didn't have an emergency. He was prompt, on time, courteous, fair and polite. He gave us helpful hints about energy savings as well. I would most certainly recommend Roy to anyone looking for an honest plumber! Especially in the Mather area.

We used Roy's about 7 years ago to install gas lines and to do some other plumbing work in a house my wife and I had bought and moved into; we were very happy with the work Roy did, but were especially impressed with his honesty and candidness. My wife's son bought a home a couple of months ago and we have been helping him get it ready for him to move into this month. When it became apparent that we needed a plumber to install a gas valve and line for a clothes dryer, we searched for Roy and contacted him to do the work. He was able to do the work within our schedule and, as in the past, he showed up when he said he would, did a great job of installing the gas valve and line, a water valve and line for a toilet, and even reinstalled the toilet that my wife's son had removed so we could tile his bathroom floor. Roy's charge for all of this work was very reasonable.

We're glad that there is still at least one very good plumber that we can trust!
