Roy was great. He called to tell me he was on his way. He quickly assessed the running toilet, leaky faucet and non-working tub/shower diverter and gave me an estimate. To my surprise he said he could do the work right then and there. He completed the work in the time he said would. I would hire him again in a minute.

Well had no Hot water for 2 days now. After calling several companies this since early this a.m. he was the 1st to return my call. Initially told me he couldn't come till the next day but we were desperate. The kids had a quick wash down with water I had to boil and mix with the cold. That was tedious LoL
Sure enough he came by after an hour showed me how to look for the pilot and to shut off and turn on the gas .
Couldn't use the hot water for about an hour but it finally works!

We have a separate nozzle and pipe that allow water to fill up our pool and that broke in the evening. It broke in the full flowing position so we had turn the water off to our house and Roy was the first plumber I called. He was able to come out the next morning and replaced the pipes and even made it higher up so it was easier to reach. He is very nice and cost was reasonable.

Call Roy first! We have been so happy with Roy's plumbing. Roy is very knowledgable, honest and hardworking. Our home is in Fair Oaks and is 56 years old. It is in pretty nice shape, but we have had some plumbing problems. He not only fixes whatever our plumbing problem happens to be, but his always has great advice on maintaining our plumbing. He is on time and when he gets here he gets to work immediately. His prices are very reasonable, too. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else!

He was very friendly and professional, repaired the issue and even made additional adjustments and repairs with a few minor parts. Everything is so much better! He was very fair and reasonable. Roy is THE guy!

We've used Roy twice in the last 2-3 weeks. First, we had a problem with a shower that wouldn't turn off (broken valve), and today it was a leaky dishwasher. Roy returns calls promptly, takes care of the job efficiently, gives competitive prices, and does great work. Also, he was totally comfortable around our 100-pound dog so I didn't have to lock him up, and pleasant to be around. He'll always be our first call for plumbing issues. Thanks, Roy!
