I woke up to shower only to find out I didn't have hot water!!! It turns out my water heater gave out and it was out of warranty. After shopping around I gave Roy's Plumbing a call, they were able to come out right away. I scheduled their services for the following day. Roy was very knowledgeable and explained the options I had. I ended up opting to replace my water heater with a tankless water heater. They did an amazing job! They were fast, and cleaned up after themselves. The new tankless water heater looks so good, I no longer have the old bulky water heater that took up so much space. Thanks to their professional and affordable services I had hot water again and was able to shower as soon as they left.

Roy and his crew were great! From our first conversation Roy was easy to talk to and made it very convenient to schedule an estimate and the work to be done. His pricing was fair and transparent. Roy and workers were very clean and always prompt over the 3 days they were working (coming to the westside from the valley in the morning!). They figured out several tricky issues my 70 year old building surprised them with and overall did excellent work. Highly recommend Roy's plumbing!
