The company came out to see why our kitchen sink was backing up. His assessment was that he immediately wanted to use a camera. After using the camera. His diagnosis was that it was mainly oil and water and that only hydrojetting the line would work. And that because we were over 65 it would only cost us 775.00!! Upon further research the going rate is 350.00 to 450.00.

Called Roy's Plumbing late in the afternoon on a Wednesday to help me fix a toilet flange issue. Roy answered right away and had his guys there the next morning.
They did great work, and most importantly it was a good experience with no run-around. Definitely going to use them again for any project I have.

Had a good experience with Roys Plumbing. They came by on a Sunday night for a pressing call and did a free assessment. Then the next morning they came by to make the repair. The repair was more substantial than what we anticipated but Roys worked with us on pricing. They also had a great working attitude and attention to detail.

Thank you so much!! Carlos was extremely fast responding, and he saved me from canceling my rental booking. I smelled gas, called gas company, and they shut the gas off immediately because the water heater leaked extreme amount of gas, like an open line. It was old, and mickey moused job on top of it, so Carlos recommended installing a new one. His workers did it right away!! And we are talking about Friday evening! They came so quick, I was very happy!!

Extremely unprofessional and makes threats.

Long version:
I hired him on a Friday to fix plumbing clog for a home that I rent to a nice lady. He struggled to unclog it and ultimately could not. I had a clog in the same spot before where a plumber was able to fix it so I was not sure why this time it was different. Even though he couldn't get the clog he still charged me and we came to a semi agreeable price of ~$550. Since this is a business for me I wanted a invoice to pay. I received that invoice sometime on Saturday morning. Though it was a holiday weekend and I wasn't paying attention to my work phone, instead I was fixing the clog for the tennant so she wouldn't have to stay another night at a hotel. I guess he text and called multiple times that day. On Sunday I wake up to a call from my tennant who says he was just at the house swearing, calling her a b!&$ and trying to force his way onto the property.

Apparently he was blowing up my work phone again with text and calls on Sunday morning(24hrs after receiving the invoice and a holiday weekend). I called him back that morning told him I was going to pay as one of the first things and still at some point in the call he threatens to have his friends come to my home and ""pay me a visit"". I went ahead and payed Im him his $550 as I said I would. Honestly I would have done that a little later that day or on Monday which is a business day but I guess he really wanted it right away.

If this is who you want to do business with go right ahead.

no call no show. He gave me a time frame of 11-12pm. He couldn't even reply to my text and calls for ETA, or man enough to just say he can't make it!
