Roy and his team were great to work with from start to finish. I am DIYing my bathroom remodel but know enough about plumbing to know that I should hire a plumber for the tough stuff. I dealt with Roy via text, sending him pictures of my space along with my fixtures, etc. He gave me some ideas and told me what to get at Lowes. Next day his guys showed up in the morning, were super polite and already knew what I wanted. They got to work and by 3pm my tub was installed along with a new flange, relocated shower spout and valve. Will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

Roy and Carlos are beyond amazing. Our whole house flooded with sewage during all of the recent rain; we ended up having to replace the entire sewer system all the way to the street. These guys came out and fixed it ASAP for HALF of the price we were quoted from other companies. Roy came back out to our house on our request to secure the toilets his team had previously installed. After more than one year post-installation, the bolts were a little loose and he tightened them and made sure the toilets were secure and at no charge. I've had good experiences with Roy's Plumbing.
