Unresponsive, wouldn't come out when he said, and then refused to pick up the phone and had a full VM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I did not look at reviews until I called and spoke with Sergio on 3 occasions. He said he was coming to check out the water line. He asked me to send pics . I did.no show. Then I called him. He texted me that he will come the next day. No show. I called again he said he would be at my house , to send the address again. I asked if he was busy. No SHOW NO CALL. The reviews were correct. Sergio of Royco plumbing is not reliable.
I was referred to him by a realtor, I will let the broker know not to refer this company.

So it seems this company runs hot & cold and my last experience was very cold indeed. So much so that I asked my Home Warranty people to never send them to my house again. I had a water leak in my ceiling this Fall and the Warranty Company sent a guy from Royco out. There was a small drip in our ceiling coming from a very small crack in the drywall. I expected that the plumber would go up into the attic and have a look. Wrong. He immediately gets on his phone and starts making calls to other companies to come to our house and do work. He did not even ask my wife for her permission. He did however ask my wife for the 75.00 Service Fee check even though he did nothing but make phone calls without our knowledge. The next thing we know we have a company on site wanting to do ""Demo work"". They tell my wife not to worry as our insurance will cover it all. We allow it, next comes a company to put in air dryers finally followed by a General Contractor, none of whom we have hired or had any previous contact with.
It seemed to us, as if Royco (or at least their agent) had some sort of pre-arrangement with these other companies and stuff just started happening. It would be weeks later before we realized that our contractor was a scam artist trying to bilk our insurance company out of every dime he could get. In my book Royco is guilty by association. Please feel free to reach out if you want more details on why I won't let you in my house again.

My previous experiences with plumbers have not been positive, HOWEVER, Royco plumbing has been wonderful. I have used this company twice and have been fortunate enough to have Sergio perform my repairs. Sergio is professional, caring,honest and has renewed my faith in home service repair. Thank you Royco Plumbing. if you need plumbing service, I highly recommend Royco.

I was pleased with this plumbing company. They were sent by my home warranty. They were on time and very professional in my opinion. He crawled under my house to see if there was a leak. Another plumbing company said there was without crawling under the house to see. That company quoted a $1500 repair. I think it's just hit or miss with the skill level of plumber's to determine if there is a problem, and prices can of course be different company to company.

These guys are terrible! Shady plumbers that are completely unprofessional. Next time, hire Mario and Luigi, they'll do a better job.

DO NOT USE THESE SLEEZEBAGS!
Unprofessional, dishonest, unnecessarily up-selling, lying, and very rude for starters. Like many of the other absolutely dismal reviews on Yelp, I was forced into this terrible ordeal by my Home Warranty for a simple garbage disposal backup in the main drainage line. I had myself taken the disposal apart and could see no blockage, ended up snaking the main drain for several hours, and figured I just didn't have an auger powerful or long enough to clear the blockage. I called my home warranty and figured this would be no big deal as it would be covered.
ENTER the greedy, manipulative, too-busy-to-be-bothered-attitude-infested ""plumber"". Leading him to the kitchen sink and explaining what I had myself tried, ""Plumber""immediately and miraculously without even looking under the sink, that I will need to ""hydrotech the problem, its in the air vent! (Later I ended up calling a real plumber I trust and confirmed that any drain problem is 99.999% of the time in the freaking drain! Imagine that!)
WOW! This ""plumber"" must be able to see through pipes! He can suggest a $500-800 problem in mere seconds! He then quickly states that this of course isn't covered by my home warranty, as if he's no longer responsible for fixing any problem.
Now as this was the main problem with my plumbing and that I would have to pay for a $60 service call, initially I decided to see if this ""plumber"" could also check the water pressure in the master bath, as it had been dissipating as of late. What another inconveniencing mundane task for such an accomplished master ""plumber"". ""Yeah, you're gonna need new pipes!"" said the super ""plumber"" after checking the PSI. Oh ok! No problem! Here's my check book, just write any number down you prefer. Now I'm laughing while on the phone with the home warranty to see if this is some elaborate joke sending this moron to my house. I asked the ""plumber"" if he could speak with the home warranty people to give them his ""diagnosis"". While on hold, the ""plumber"" sneaks out to his ride and leaves. He was literally at my house for 5 minutes and did not provide any help whatsoever. No I'm done, thank you or sign here, or anything remotely close to what an actual encounter with a real plumber is like. He literally just vanished. I am positive with my limited plumbing experience I would have provided much more help for someone.
This company jumps at any home warranty call chance because they know that even if they are at a home for 5 minutes and lying straight to someone's face about a problem that even the most basic plumbers fix, they will still get paid. Dishonesty and the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

Shady is all I have to say. They were sent out by my home warranty company for a sewer line back-up. The guy came to my house and told me my line was broken and that they could help me out by rerouting the line for a mere $4,000. Not content to have only one opinion, I searched for another plumber, who came out and told me my line was ""perfect-just a few roots"", which is a common problem that does NOT require a new line. Stay away from this company.

Outstanding service. Rare these days for a plumbing company. They either want to overcharge you or up-sell you something. Sergio did neither. He was professional, efficient and on time. We had a shower drain clogged and he was in and out in 20 minutes! Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Sergio at Royco Plumbing!
1. He fixed our 2 problems with no problems. He adjusted the water pressure regulator in our new home so we could have more pressure. And he fixed our bathtub's water spout diverter that was broken.
2. He was very courteous and professional.
3. He was very easy to reach on the phone and always responsive.
4. He was very clean.
5. He was very conscientious of my 2.5-year-old daughter who is immunosuppressed and needs to be in a clean environment. He put cloth booties over his boots when he came inside and he took them off every time he left the house to get something from his truck (I didn't even have to ask him to do that). And he didn't ring the doorbell when he arrived but rather called me instead to let me know he's here, so that he doesn't risk waking my daughter up from her nap.
