I have been a customer of Royalty plumbing for few years. I have always referred them to friends.
I purchased GE water softener from Royalty which was installed by them (Junior) who no longer works for company. Installation was 4/2021. I have had Anthony come by to look at a leak last year. He said customers have had problems with that brand. This am softener burst and ruined my new Air Conditioner Unit plus flooded my garage. Clark came by to disconnect water softener. Kristen (manager) said it would cost me $150 to haul away and they will not honor the warranty since warranty was good for 1 year. Clark looked at softener and said it was not installed properly and the tank inside softener was ""crooked."" Shame on your company. You could have made this better. Maybe if Anthony was here it would have been different. Kristen you were nasty.

Called them on a Tuesday afternoon to install some new valves for a washing machine installation. Showed up bright and early Thursday AM and completed the task with the quickness for a fair price. Get a thank you card from them a few days later in the mail with a Dunkin' donuts gift card in it. Who does that??? Highly recommended!

Royalty Plumbing has completed several jobs for us in the past year - bathtub install, faucets install, shower valve replacement, shower repair, toilet replacement, and water heater flush. Each time, they (Anthony, Kristen, Clark, Chris) were responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. Pricing is also very fair. Highly recommend!

I have used Royalty Plumbing to install water heaters in 3 of our homes.
Each time, the technicians have arrived on time and completed the job quickly with no problems. The last water heater that was replaced was inside the house and the technician put down tarps on the hardwood floors and kitchen tiles to avoid any damage.
The cost for all the repairs never went over the estimates quoted.
I will always use Royalty Plumbing for any future jobs.

If you want a professional plumbing company, look no further. The office staff was great and the owner and his employee that worked at our home was exceptional. We had a R/O water filtration system installed plus a water softener. We like the fact that when the owner was out he gave us tips on the systems and other things that we did not know when having a vacation home here. I had my time wrong so I called the office to see where the tech was and if he was still coming. They were right on top of it and came right away. I had the wrong two hour window. So I would state that they are prompt, professional, and really knowledgeable about not only plumbing but other things with the home. We appreciate a company that is friendly and one that works quickly so that the water to our home was not off more than a reasonable time. If you want quality and a price that is in line with other companies, call Royalty.

Our hot water started leaking and Royalty was able to replace the heater. Then we had a problem with the brand new heater. The pilot light was not staying on. Royalty was out quickly to replace the unit with a new one.

After that we were doing some back yard renovations and urgently needed a pipe re-routed. Once again Royalty came out quickly and took care of the work for a reasonable price.

Royalty is great and we can't recommend them enough.
