How the heck Am I suppose to know its the same company working 2 different names.. It does not say that anywhere in their description.. Kind of feels like a fail safe, if one company goes bad, they have another one on the ready??

Easier and more professional to just say, hey we have 2 company's, please see the other estimate... Which of course I did not receive.. Not so good.. Oh well, 400 other plumbers in Las Vegas, on to the next.

Honestly just came and did the work they were asked to do at the price they quoted. Needed new toilet and faucets installed. Was going to do it myself but the valves were too corroded/rusted for me to trust myself. Was better to just call professionals anyway. Right on time, polite, got the work done at a great price. $700 less than Goettl quote for the same work. For real.

This team installed a gas line inside my home. Actually rerouted it. They were prompt, clean, communicated every step of the way and did awesome work. Took care of the drawings, permit, and inspection. Highly recommend them for jobs large and small. They are friendly, professional and get the job done in a timely fashion.

Great job Royalty!

We discovered our relatively new dishwasher was not draining water correctly. A little online research led us to suspect it might be a blocked drain line.

I called Royalty at about 4pm, and they were able to arrange an appointment for me between 10am and noon the next day! They explained that they didn't repair dishwashers but could definitely check and clear the drain line to see if that was the problem.

Their technician Junior arrived right on time at 10am. He quickly determined the drain line was, in fact, blocked. He carefully removed and replaced all the cleaning items below the sink to access the line. He cleared it rapidly and very quickly the dishwasher was draining correctly. And the price was extremely fair with payment easily accepted by credit card.

This was our second experience with Royalty having had them replace parts on three toilets last year. Both experiences were great. I highly recommend them, and it's great to support a family owned business!

Called them up again as they replaced my heater, I was not getting hot water. They came out free of charge to check the Heater, found out we have a water leak and was not the Heater. Junior was very courteous and helpful, he discussed with Anthony how they could help as they do not do leak detection. They referred me to another company-Service Plus Plumbing; who also quickly responded and came out to check the leak. Great Service from Royalty Plumbing, it was nice for them to provide a referral. Thanks.

I wish I could give more stars than 5 to Royalty Plumbing. From start to finish, absolutely seamless transaction(s). I had several issues inside the house that needed attention (3 sinks, tub, faucet) and 1 major issue outside - main water line leaking to house). The main water line entailed digging up a portion of the front yard / laying new line / and replacing the disturbed landscaping to original state. The team performing the work were on time daily, totally professional, and a pleasure to interact with. All work was completed prior to the original estimated time needed, which was fantastic, and was reflected in the the final invoice, which I thought was a touch of class and seldom done with contractors now days. My biggest concern going into the work was how the yard was going to be 'put back together' after the work / digging was completed. Turns out, it wasn't a concern at all, as the yard looks perfect and absolutely nothing for me to do at all. The team really cleaned up afterwards as well, which I truly appreciated. Frankly, if you didn't know that some major work was going on in the yard the last few days, you still wouldn't know based on the finished product. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing (Anthony / Kristen) as I am a totally satisfied / appreciative customer and I'm sure you will be too.

Being fairly new to Las Vegas. I didn't have the referrals that I normally would have had in my past home town. I was given a referral for Royalty Plumbing. Best thing that could have happened to me. Anthony and Kristen set me up for a water heater flush, which required other minor repairs. He arrrived on time and during the process showed me how much sediment had a accrued since the last owner of my home had flushed. I was totally satisfied with his work and his integrity. So much so, that I scheduled him to come install home water filtration system. I have been researching whether to rent a softener or purchase a softer. Anthony let me taste water from his home where he has a filtration system. That sealed the deal...
