I have a vacation rental in LA, that I try to manage from halfway around the world in Australia. When I have a problem like a blocked toilet on a Saturday night, just hours before a guest is due to arrive, I need a company I can rely on!
After reading other positive reviews on Yelp, I tried Royale Plumbing. Monique was prompt and professional, and completely understood the urgency and logistics of the problem. A plumber was sent within an hour, and for what I consider a fair price for a Saturday evening. The tenant reported a perfectly working toilet, and a perfectly clean bathroom. I couldn't ask for more, and wouldn't hesitate to use Royale Plumbing again in the future.

After reading excellent reviews for Royale Plumbers I called to have them install a shut off valve that a different plumbing company told me I needed. Monique asked me to take some photos and send them to her. She told me over the phone "" I already have a shut off valve"" and where to look ""there it was"" Royale Plumbers solved my problem over the phone and saved me thousands of dollars! I had an absolute disaster and I needed a plumber asap. They came out in 30 minutes and fixed my leak. He also fitted my RO filter whilst he was there. The cost was much cheaper than I expected and the service was excellent.

The office staff were very helpful and prompt. A few weeks later I called to book an appointment and the person who took my call told me the booking was made but after arranging schedule to work from home the engineer did not turn up. Called to chase and they informed me that they could not find my booking which was annoying. However, after a few initial issues the guys came out and fitted my toilet and did a great job. They came on time and were very quick. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other firms. I would definitely use them again.

Ethical? Hmmm. They charge to come out but if they don't have the part, they have to come out a second time. They gave us a quote and when I approved it a week later, the price magically quadrupled.

Apparently, they have had so many problems with customers in the past, they have to have several emails from the customer stating they will indeed pay for the service. Not sure this is the right business for us. Was a hassle to set up and there were too many of the same, redundant emails addressing the same issues....I would not use them again. The service call, without fixing anything, was a waste of money.

$200 and it still leaks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I tried fixing the bathroom sink myself but was not able to do so. Called and explained what had happened. Someone came and ended up fixing the part that wasn't broken to begin with. He also didn't have the other part that needed to be fixed with him. He left and said it still leaks but someone would call me. She did call, charged me nearly $200 and told me it would be an additional $100+ to repair the other part (the only part that needed repair to begin with)

I still have a faucet that leaks as it did before, and I'll have to spend more money for another company to come fix it.

Save your time and money and do not use this company.

The first plumbers I've really liked, ever. They are always professional, quick to respond, efficient and to the point, and get everything fixed without a lot of drama in a timely fashion. I don't have to check the bill three times with them as they are always ethical and come up with the best but also the most cost effective solution. It's hard to believe but, lucky for me, all true.

Royale Plumbing helped me out in a big way. I called late in the day on Thursday with somewhat of a plumbing emergency. I needed it fixed asap, and at first it seemed like they were booked and wouldn't be able to have someone out for 24 hours. I sent pictures in to them, and I immediately got a call back with an estimate. Then I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could send someone out first thing the next morning. I had two plumbers show up on time, they were clean (even wore little booties over their shoes!), and they were fast. The did a great job, and communicated with me every step of the way. Right after they left I got a call inquiring about my level of satisfaction, and I was even offered a 10% discount after it ended up taking less time than expected. They are a great, and honest company. I highly recommend!
