I called Royal Flush Plubming requested service to replace a shut off valve to my washing machine. The guy was supposed to come between 9-12 and didn't call to be there until 12:30. He eventually came that evening. He quoted me $300 to do a $135 job. I HAD to wash clothes before the morning and I had to pay the job especially after waiting all day on your people to come out - however, he went down to $200. I've called 3 other plubmers and they would have charged me 130-145. My worker didn't even hook the hoses back up to my washing machine when he was done.I called and asked to discuss this with a manager - but no one called me back.

Royal flush plumbing dropped the ball on my appointment. I was originally scheduled for an 8 to 11am window. Called at 10am with sherry who made my appointment and realized I was not on their schedule. She then said someone would be out that day and apologized. I let them know I'd be home after 4pm so they put me in for a 5pm to 8pm time slot. 830 I texted after not hearing from any driver and canceled the appointment. Doubtful they would have showed up that late anyway...or if so had enough time to resolve my issue. Frustrating...

I would caution anyone in the Atlanta area against using Royal Flush Plumbing. I have been trying for a week to get reimbursed for a $400 toilet that they apparently """"lost"""" before it could be installed in my house. Their secretary named Vicky has kept me from speaking to the manager - ANY manager- and she doesn't even make sense half of the time. The last interaction I had with her ended with her yelling at me to """"get a life"""" and then hanging up on me. I cannot say enough bad things about them and cannot even give them one star - I only did because the one star means STAY AWAY.

WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN - BEWARE! I have already spent too much time dealing with this company, spending hours writing multiple managers emails to no avail. So I am not going to waste more time - needless to say, we had a miserable experience. We had a shower upstairs that had a faulty faucet. We had a different plumbing company come in and say the whole thing needed to be replaced, it was too old to fix, and tinkering with it could case a leak that would be much worse. The repair estimate was extremely high so I called Royal Flush for a second opinion. The guy came out and said he could fix it that day. He was an older, veteran plumber and he could fix it """"no problem."""" All there was were problems. He took eight hours to fix it, several trips to hardware stores, he had to come back the next day and it was already having problems. Then it caused a bigger leak into our guest room below, which caused standing water to destroy lots of personal items on our bookshelves. It took them several weeks to get a guy in to repair it and they did not care at all about the damage it caused. The entire experience was a nightmare but worse, the company could not have cared less. I sent multiple emails to """"Vickie,"""" the customer service manager. Never heard back. Then when we said we were not going to pay until a manager helped us, that's when they took the time to talk to my husband. They asked me to send an email explaining evertyhing to """"Dave"""" the manager. I spent almost two hours writing it and never heard a word back. I sent my last email on February 7th and gave them two full months to respond. Nothing. Final evaluation: use them at your peril.

I had tried to install a bidet, which I had done before, but developed a leak overbite. I called the next day and the two plumbers showed up(I believe to qualify for the $125 evaluation!) Upon reviewing the leak it was evaluated that I would need a NEW supply line, the other was crimped. It was further re-revalued that the fitting from the wall probably would need repacking and would have to give the neighbors 24 hr notice of shutting-off the water to refit/repack the fitting & would be evaluated as the work would progress. I thanked them for the $125 eval. & it would be subtracted from the estimated $375 to finish at a later date: NOT NEEDED‼A NEW supply line(yes)but a washer and tightening sufficed!

Had a weekend emergency and they came right away to fix the problem. Price was exactly as I was quoted. They were in and out in no time. Extremely friendly staff

Is it reasonable to be expected to pay $175-$200/hour for a plumber? Let's face it. We oftentimes call a plumber when there is an urgent need to repair a leak and you need access to water (or so your wife says). I called Royal Flush (RF) mid-day on Saturday and the plumbing company identified me as a previous customer--and I was entitled to a discount. No--there would be no extra charges for coming out on Saturday. I had already identified where the leak was in the crawl space. The plumber called his boss and was informed that it will cost $425 (after a 20% discount) to cut out a coupler (from a previous repair) on a polybutylene pipe leak and replace with P-Tec. The plumber explained it would cost $50 in parts and take two hours. Simple math reveals $375 for two hours work. If no discount--the repair would have been over $500!! Is this fair? My fault, I guess--I needed it repaired (yes, the wife said so). But after the plumber headed to Lowe's to get the parts (part of the two hours), I felt compelled to call Royal Flush and voice my displeasure with the quote. Brad offered to cut the price to $345. Am I pleased? NO. To quote a """"discounted"""" price of $425 for a two hour repair is, to me, gouging and taking advantage of someone who had a leak and had no other choice except to turn down Royal Flush and just turn off the water to the house and get competitive quotes the next day (and to hell with the """"discount""""). When I checked the following week and got quotes MUCH more reasonable (lowest one was $225), I called the customer service for Royal Flush to ask for Brad (supervisor) to call. No call for two days. Called again and asked for one of the owners to call, whereupon it became clear that """"Vicki"""", the customer service manager, would not help me get a call from the owner and that I should be glad I received the """"discount"""" AND another price reduction after I called the supervisor. In fact, my call to customer service deteriorated quickly into a """"voice-activated"""" conversation--meaning that when I spoke, she spoke over me. When I stopped talking, she stopped talking. BTW--the plumbing work was done quickly after the plumber returned from Lowe's. He was friendly and courteous and obviously uncomfortable with the initial quote. I understand the need for all businesses to maximize their revenue, but I got a very clear feeling that RF has no set formula for pricing and is very arbitrary on their pricing. It seemed that pricing what they determined was what """"the market would bear"""". Not what was reasonable. If auto repair shops quote $90/hour rates--why does a plumbing firm demand twice that amount? The plumber was accurate in his assessment of how long the job would take--and the supervisor gave HIM the quote to give to me. I may be wrong for complaining, but I have a bad taste in my mouth starting from the final cost to the unhelpful customer service. My advice to others needing a plumber is to be willing to say """"thanks, but no thanks"""" if the quote is too high, turn the water off at the street meter (easily done) and wait until the next day when you can get a more reasonable quote. I ranked Royal Flush at 3 stars (neutral) because I understand that someone else reading this may think I have been unreasonable. And I do not want to negatively affect someone's business--- but I would like the owner to know he has a problem with overcharging in his business. Brad and his other supervisors may be getting paid bonuses based on revenue, but this compensation plan may incentivize this type of predatory pricing. There really is no excuse for charging attorney fees for a plumbing job. And, NO, I would never call Royal Flush again. There are too many honest, reasonable plumbing companies out there.

I am the owner of a professional property management company and employ the services of more than a dozen plumbing companies. As such, I am familiar with the reasonable price for routine plumbing repairs. I previously instructed my staff to not use Royal Flush but unfortunately, a job was assigned to this firm. I received a call from the plumber on site and was quoted 30+% more than the typical price. When I questioned how the price was calculated ie service charge plus hourly and parts, I was told it was a flat rate fee. $395 to make a simple bathtub water spout replacement. There are many other reasonably priced plumbers. Avoid Royal Flush, they remain on my do-not-hire vendor list. Unreasonable pricing is a stupid strategy because it results in a bad taste for what could be substantial repeat customers and negative reviews like this one.

Royal Plumbing is always very responsive and on time. Justin is the best! You are lucky if you get him as a technician. Royal Plumbing also offers Leak Detection which is a big help to solving our problem. I call Royal Plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue

Royal Flush does care about their customers and reviews.Apparently after reviewing my complaint, I was contacted by their GM and after explaining what happened, he refunded me money for the poor work the fired plumber did. I realize now it was not Royal Flush but just bad luck with the plumber they had working for them. I want to thank you Royal Flush for putting quality and faith back in a American family company.
