After years of dedication and hard work, David Perry Sr. sold the first franchise of Royal Flush Plumbing to an entrepreneur in Covington, GA. This initiated the Royal Flush growth across Georgia, culminating in 17 branches currently serving the state.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Royal Flush does care about their customers and reviews.Apparently after reviewing my complaint, I was contacted by their GM and after explaining what happened, he refunded me money for the poor work the fired plumber did. I realize now it was not Royal Flush but just bad luck with the plumber they had working for them. I want to thank you Royal Flush for putting quality and faith back in a American family company. Respectfully Helen K

I wanted to give some feed back on the service I received from this company. First let me start off by saying their response time is inexcusable. The first time I emailed them it took them 4 business to reach back out to me to schedule an appointment. Then we had to reschedule the appointment because it was to late for the tech to come out and the window was 3-6, but he wouldn't make it till 9. Then after he came out it took 5 days to receive a quote on fixing the water heater. Once approved I decided to call and make the appointment myself because I couldn't wait another 5 days to hear from them. I made the appointment for today between 3-6, once again I left work to take care of this. I just received a phone call stating they wanted to cancel because it was too late and he would be here a long time replacing the water heater. I can't cancel and take off work tomorrow as I have a JOB! So now he will be here close to 7 or 7:30 and God only knows how long this will take. Not to mention he doesn't have the water heater or the parts so he has to go to the wear house to pick them up. The kicker of it all was we were asked if we could help him unload it because he didn't have help! I'm sure that he should have help before coming out here, that's his job! I will not do business with them again! This is a huge inconvenience for me and my family, but then again this whole process for the water heater has been. I wish I could give less then 1 star but I can't

Greetings, Hello I'd like to take time to commend 2 of your Employees SUGAR SHANE. J and JOSE. C. They were super professional, great communicators, creative thinkers, I appreciate their enthusiasm and they keep a positive attitude during the challenging issue here today. They were in here and out in no time, due to the previous company has came out twice to administer the exact same work which we had to vacate the for 3 days, the second time we were out of the home 1 day. With your company we remain in the home while work was completed in less than 1 hour. :) :) The work was administered here at Grace Apartments listed below. 3011 Chattahoochee Circle Roswell, GA 30075 They were Phenomenal!!!!

Originally I thought they did good because they answered the phone and provided free estimates. Wrong! Coming on a month and the cancel and don't show. Then they say they were waiting on you to call them to reschedule...but I was waiting.... Royal Flush was the no call and no show. They didn't even need me to be there for them to fix it....Not Oh and I've had a hole in my front yard that is waiting on them As I am. It's the games and the lies for me.

Harold came on a last minute request after other companies told me they could not. Simple fix and he was nice enough to give our house a good once over. (Felt like it might have been an upsell, but that never came). Service was good and prompt. Late night request of course meant price was high. But got what we needed. Yes, I'd call him and Royal again.

These guys were great from start to finish. Did a complete inspection, gave us a reasonable quote and worked quickly and efficiently to get our water heater replaced. They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing!

My name is William 'Jesse' Mayfield, Sr. of Buckhead, Georgia on Lake Oconee. I would just like you to Know the following: 1.) After calling several Plumbers their Prices were Much more Expensive than Royal Flush Plumbing and could not get them to do the Job in a timely Manner! Royal Flush came out immediately after my call to them!! 2.) The Technician I worked with was a young man called DAVID S. and he preformed a JAM UP Great job. I could not have asked for a better Technician, David was Friendly, Courteous, and Down Right Great to work with! 3.) I have no Idea what David S. makes but if he worked for me instead of giving him a pat on the back, I would Give him a Raise, especially since you just don't want to loose employee's Like him, he will get your Company more and more jobs that other wise your Company would not get!! Take Care God Bless and Always be Safe!! William 'Jesse' Mayfield, Sr. on Lake Oconee in Buckhead, GA. 30625

I would caution anyone in the Atlanta area against using Royal Flush Plumbing. I have been trying for a week to get reimbursed for a $400 toilet that they apparently """"lost"""" before it could be installed in my house. Their secretary named Vicky has kept me from speaking to the manager - ANY manager- and she doesn't even make sense half of the time. The last interaction I had with her ended with her yelling at me to """"get a life"""" and then hanging up on me. I cannot say enough bad things about them and cannot even give them one star - I only did because the one star means STAY AWAY.

I was disatisified with this company. They were referred to me by the HVAC company I use and like. I hired them to repair a leak in the pipe to my irragation system. In the process, the tech put one of the 'check valves' inside the stop backflow valve backwards so no water was flowing to the system. When I saw the sprinkler system didn't come on, they sent out another tech. This tech saw the stop backflow valve was pointed in the right direction, but didn't ascertain that the check valve inside it was wrong. I was charged an add'l $80 for this visit. An irragation company came out and identified/fixed problem and charged me $180. Royal Flush asked me to send them the invoice and indicated they would figure out a credit to me. That was 3 weeks ago and they've gone silent.

At a labor rate of nearly $400 per hour to install floats in a pump basin, I expected professional, knowledgeable, and quality work. I didn't get that. Though the technician was likeable, he didn't seem too concerned about doing competent and quality work. I had done my homework on this project, but was unable to do the work myself due to a health condition. Thus, I was shocked to see that Royal Flush Plumbing had wired the float switches improperly to the control panel (even though the wiring diagram was posted on the box). Next, I was shocked to see that the floats were not mounted correctly to the discharge pipes, even though the floats came with instructions on how to properly mount them. Additionally, the floats weren't positioned correctly within the basin. Floats are not supposed to touch the basin wall nor to interfere with the pumps nor with each other. Yet each of these errors occurred. Additionally, the float wires weren't routed properly. They were supposed to enter the house through a hole in a panel. Instead, they were routed haphazardly and differently from each other, creating an aesthetic mess that will require custom cuts on the exterior house panels. And the Royal flush plumber did not close the access panel, nor did he bolt the lid onto the pump basin when he """"finished"""" the job. For a nearly $400 per hour labor charge (it's easy to take advantage of those down on their luck) I did not get quality nor even competent work from Royal Flush plumbing.
