Find another plumber. I initially thought Frank was a straightforward and trusty plumber and had them do a couple jobs for me. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that he is only out for money and does not do quality work. I had a broken kitchen pipe and Frank came right out which made me feel he cared about people. He said he would be back in the morning to fix the entire line. He charge me up front $1700 to change out the ENTIRE kitchen line to the main line. He told me I would not have any further problems on that line as it would be new pipe. Unfortunately I found out the hard way later when I had another water leak on the same line (which he stated he replaced) only to find out he only replaced 10 of the 42 feet of new pipe of the line and there was still galvanized pipe left which subsequently cracked close to the former leak. Had he replaced the entire line with new pipe as promised, I wouldn't of had another leak and had to pay another plumber for all the damage it caused and for new pipe. To make matters worse, their work was not even up to code. I would be very cautious to use him unless you have another plumber willing to come behind and verify his work. Since he brought the supplies he obviously knew that they did not replace the entire line as promised and took it advantage of a homeowner who trusted him and took him at his word. Shame on him for taking advantage of me. I will not be using him again.

Frank was my savior. My toilet backed up around 8pm and i couldnt seem to get it to work with a plunger. One of his employees came by around 10pm to help me snake the toilet and that didnt work. I expressed how important it was to get this toilet back up and running so frank personally came by before his vacation to check out the situation. He was able to clear the clog after some diagnosing and get my plumbing situation in order. Franks service was so appreciated, and priced really low, that i payed 25 extra because i felt it was well deserved. I think i found my new plumbers.

Had one of there plumber come over to my house to move my washer and dryer connections from the patio to inside my garage .I paid Their plumber James $1400 dollars , he butchered my walls and my existing plumbing. Never finished the job . Called him many time to come back and fix the mess . Nothing from him had to hire another company to resolve this disaster . Have to say James is a train wreck of a plumber

It was 7pm, Dodgers just won Game 5, Astros and Red Sox Game 4 going on, busy NBA since it is the second day of the season. Called Frank to see if he can come and fix our clogged drain in the shower connected to some sinks. At first, he was hesitant to do the job. Who would? Frank was probably at home chillaxing already like most of us would do. But, since he is a professional plumber with years and years of experience, Frank understood how important the shower room is for a family especially on a Wednesday night, and people working and going to school the next day. After half an hour, Frank came to the rescue. Right away, he knows what and where to look at after asking a few questions. Frank cleared our drain, and the bathroom, and the other sinks are fully functional.

You might think that I am an idiot and loser for waiting until 7pm to call a plumber. No, no, no, no. I called a plumber earlier in the day, made an appointment. Then, the first guy I called did not show up. He texted me that he will come later in the day, but after that text message, did not communicate again. Then, called another guy, set up an appointment, and did not show up again. So, 7pm, late at night, called Frank And he instantly became our hero. Fair pricing for a very late, very short notice.

That is Frank: Reliable, professional, expert and honest. I am not related to him or anything. I just met him. But I DO RECOMMEND HIM.

He did the job so fast since he knows what to do, I am now doubting myself if his name indeed is Frank. But I think I am correct.

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO IMPRESSED. Seriously, I thought I was calling a plumbing service but I ended up calling my two most favorite people. My sister had a leak in her shower, I called up Frank and he immediately diagnosed the problem and showed up later that day! The estimate he gave me is what it ended up being, no up-charge, he kept his word, he fixed the problem and he went to Lowe's to get me a new faucet. He is a type of person that genuinely enjoys helping others.



His assistant Jimmy... oh my gosh. I have never met a funnier and caring man in my life! My sister had a missing tile and a huge hole in her backer-board, Jimmy offered to help me patch it up if i wanted to. HE CAME BACK AFTER HIS LONG WORK DAY and we ended up renovating her entire shower.... Im adding the photos to prove it. He came back with a wet saw, all the equipment, he suggested we redo the entire bottom half, we went to Lowe's, picked out the new tile got the backer board and together we finished the shower. When we finished, I started crying because you just don't meet people who truly want to help.
