Who ever plans a plumbing problem? Yuck. Within ten minutes I got service at my home. I got what I believe to be a fair estimate. My main drain was snaked and the back up the bathroom was resolved. I liked the courteous demeanor despite me insisting that the matter had to resolved in the morning. This guy understood and came out and dealt with my old home plumbing issues. He could have made me wait. I really liked that he knew my area and understood the plumbing for the neighborhood.

It was late one evening, and after a long day of work I was at home. Before I knew it I thought the unthinkable had just happened.

I. FLUSHED. MY. ENGAGEMENT. RING. DOWN. THE. TOILET.

In a panic scattering things looking in rooms, the kitchen. everywhere. Literally everywhere folks!! I was convinced that was the only place and that's where it had gone.

A mass search with over 5 adults moving and shaking things. I was completely overwhelmed and flustered.

I looked through yelp for a plumber. After scrolling pages I decided to call Royal Flush.

I spoke to Frank in a panic and told me to calm down (he really did which I think is so funny looking back at it since I was a mess), and explained what steps could be taken without his presence.

He was very honest and trustworthy, he said he didn't want to show up unless he really needed to so I wouldn't have to spend money if I didn't need to. He recommended I call him back if it didn't work and/or it wasn't there.

I told the search team of what he suggested and there we go plopping this out and open, dumping water out, doing the unimaginable. I am kicked out of the john for being too frantic to collect my thoughts.

...I collected my thoughts just when the moment of truth for the removal of the john and as things would have it, I found it no where near the restroom.

The purpose of this story is to highlight Frank and Royal Flush for their honest practices and integrity. It is so nice to encounter good people and companies.

We had a toilet that wasn't flushing and a flooded bathroom after several attempts of fixing it ourselves. My husband called Frank at Royal Flush Plumbing hoping to get our toilet fixed the next day. Imagine our surprised and relief when he said he could come that same evening. He quickly identified and resolved the issue and we had a working toilet in no time. We are so thankful for his promptness and expertise!

We had a main drain back up which was affecting every toilet and shower in the house. He picked up the phone and said he could make it out to me in about 30 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable being that this all happened around 6:30 in the evening. Before I could get home from work, he already snaked my house and fixed the problem!! He's a beast! Hire him!

I called in to fix my toilet. It doesn't want to drain. The whole job was done less than 1 hour. Everything seems so rush, so not sure if it done properly or not. But one thing for sure customer service is very bad. Just make sure when he quote you the price to fix, lay down all the things that are included. Otherwise he will give you run around or will say ohhh that is not included or I run out the liquid or things like that, just BS. I was told that price is all in, but I did not lay down what are in. Since I'm not in this industry, I just expect that if the person say its included that is what I expect. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. Just beware and he will charge you more money.. Will never use this company anymore and NOT RECOMMENDED. Use other companies who are more reliable what they say.

We had a great experience. He answered the phone on the second ring. It was after 4 pm on a weeknight and he said that he would help us within an hour. He was courteous and friendly. He explained what was causing my plumbing problems and he fixed it within an hour. I was afraid it would cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, but it only cost $145 for the entire job. He also said that the work came with a thirty day guarantee. He was was well groomed and personable. I will use him again.

We had a main drainage problem. Our tub and toilet were clogged. We tried fixing it ourselves since we didn't want to spend any money. Unfortunately, it was bad...

I was able to find Frank through Yelp. Great customer service and awesome price (especially for a Saturday)! He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour.

Frank is most definitely as good as it gets! He was very prompt and efficient in his work! He came out Saturday afternoon for us (after the plumber we used on Thursday morning could not seem to fit us into their schedule...tsk,tsk!) Frank was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He advised us that due to the large tree and what not we would continue to have this backup problem...but he did clear the pipes for the time being. Monday evening it backed up again, Frank was at our house in about 10 mins! He was able to clear the pipes but after running the camera through it was clear that the roots needed to be removed. By 11am Tuesday morning (Royal Flush Plumbing came at 9am) the roots had been removed, along with the old clay pipes and new pipes put in! Job well done guys! We've definitely found our forever plumbers!
