One star is too many.
To replace my oil burner filter housing this clown, Chris quoted me more than $500.00. Bear in mind the filter housing costs about $25 and is held in place with two nuts.

You like outrageous pricing, being ripped off, assuming you are stupid I urge you to call these idiots.

$ 844 for 1 and 1/2 of work, refused an adjustment, cleared a clog in my pipe caused by roots, no parts, no warning of the anticipated costs, poor response to my complaints, ignored me, would not recommend this ""royal class service""

Very overpriced!! They replaced a capacitor for my AC and charged me a total of $486. My daughter had the same part repaired/replaced by another plumber and charged a total of $230. I was charged $320 for a part that I could buy retail for under $100 and another $129 for an hour service call. Can get very good service from another service at less than half the price.

One star is too much for this company. $150 for a diagnostic quote which returned a repair estimate whose work is not guaranteed. Almost $600 to repair a single pile that is visible in the basement. A quote for a new boiler that is 60% higher than the cost of installing a new boiler a few years ago and about 400% higher than an exact match replacement boiler bought at retail. Outrageous and predatory pricing. Needless to say, they did not get the work. WITH ALL THE PLUMBERS AND SERVICE COMPANIES WORKING IN THE HUDSON VALLEY, WHY EVEN GIVE THESE FOLKS A CALL? STAY AWAY. Stay Away!!! Totally unsatisfied. The work order read ""Get Heat working"". Charged $129.00 service call and $500 for part (part costs $150-$200). And that was with a ""`10% discount"" Tech told me it was a ""fixed"" rate no matter what he found. Took half hour to install. The heat never came on upstairs. When I called I was quoted more money. I had to hire another HVAC tech.

An extremely professional group of people from the owner to the technicians to the office staff. Pricing was very competitive and work was exceptional. Having a boiler replaced mid winter was concerning but this team worked in flawless synchronization and got the job done.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I just got my old oil boiler replaced with a high efficiency natural gas combi unit. They did the whole job in a single day, everything went perfectly and they left my house and basement as clean as when they found it. Very professional crew that answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend these guys and use them on future jobs.
