They came for a repair and left a sewer cap off. Our home's entire bottom structure was flooded with raw sewage. They refused to take any responsibility and were very belligerent when I called them. I had to pay another company thousands of dollars to clean it up and make things right. Needless to say I will never call them again.

I had to replace a toilet, and called Roy Neilson Plumbing. I spoke with Frank who, without haste, recognized what was needed, and told me that he would have someone out immediately, which he did. Andrew came and checked and measured the toilet which required replacement. Andrew then said that he would be back within 1/2 hour to an hour. It was absolutely amazing, that not only was he back so soon, with the replacement, but immediately went to work. In no time at all, he had finished the job, cleaned up the area, and was finished. Not only was Andrew so efficient in performing the work, but very kind and personable.
Thank you Andrew, and I trust that Roy Neilson Plumbing will recognize you as a valuable asset to their company.

A friend referred us to Roy Neilson for a mainline blockage. Showed up same day at promised time. They are very professional and very competitively priced for work done. I would use them again and be very comfortable referring them to other.

Be careful using these guys. I personally had a bad experience. First off don't hire people who Bill by the hour! Wanted to Bill me for additional hours repairing my water heater and at the end didn't even fix the problem. Only cared about their hours not necessarily fixing the problem.

BEWARE! This Company is the worst rip off in the Valley. I had a main line blockage in December. The first person to show up could not clear it. The second person, with a larger rooter, claims he cleared it. I was charged an outrageous amount, nearly $400, for both workers' time. After about 10 days, the area near the clean out began to stink like raw sewage. After a few more weeks, the stink got worse and began to be quite repulsive and noticeable in our house. We called, they came back out. Refused to accept any responsibility for the problem, ran the rooter again for 15 minutes, refused to clean up the raw sewage seeping under our house, and charged us $110 more. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!

I have had Roy Nelson plumbing come to my house to do some extensive Plumbing work. I caught one of the workers sniffing my daughter's underwear and in one of the bathrooms that they were working in. When I caledl the owner first I talk to the wife Diane and she said she's never heard of such a thing. I then talked to her husband Jerry and he said he's never had an incident like this before so they didn't even apologize... they could care less and they're very unprofessional.I would use other people if I were you. Plus, their workers are very disgusting as far as working in a family home. The 2 of the workers were Caucasian men of an older generation so I'm not sure what's going on over there... beware....

Extraordinary service from Frank. He went above and beyond in dealing with scheduling issues, gave me a referral for a separate concern, and even followed up with the referral company to make sure they got back to me! Prices are reasonable and they got the job done. Very happy. Will call them for my next plumbing issue.

This used to be a highly reputable company under the previous owner. Everything has changed under the new ownership. Too bad. I contracted for work they didn't finish even though I paid in full and they promised to come back. Now my calls and texts are ignored. Apparently the owner got into a spat with his own sub-contractor and decided to punish me for having no part in their childish spat. If you're thinking of doing business with Roy Neilson Plumbing, think again as the owner is not a man of his word.

BUYER BE AWARE, if I could rate them -5 I would. I own a condo in Encino. They were hired to investigate a leak in the garage below my unit. The association called me and asked if the plumbing company can check the piping in the unit. After Roy Nielson made a hole in the wall underneath the sink they realized the problem is with the bathtub. The plumber admitted to my tenant it was not necessary to put a hole in the wall. To make a long story short they billed me $111 to inspect the pipe in the garage, $200 to put a hole in the wall & $200 to repair the hole. After all these expenses they wanted $475 to repair the bathtub overflow. I had my home warranty with a $60 deductible to investigate or repair the bathtub overflow. They said there was no problem with it, they only had to clean some hair in the over flow drain pipe.
I would not use them if they were the only plumber in the world. They will rob you blind.
Very dishonest & unprofessional plumbing company, I don't believe any of the good rating they have more likely friend or family!
