Water was leaking through a bathroom wall into an adjacent closet. I certainly didn't know the specific cause. Mario and his assistant came out, created a small opening in the closet wall and identified a broken thread in the extension pipe from the shower head, which was where the water was leaking. The two plumbers were clean, courteous, and competent, and also replaced a bathroom sink faucet set we needed replaced (we already had the parts). We're happy with the work.

High prices, unfriendly office workers who will yell and lie and hang up on you, repeat fixes constantly. Sloppy drywall/stucco holes for others to fix, cement patches for sewer lines fall apart, workers charge even if the line wasn't clogged, such as garbage disposal hose smells, but pipes clear. If you are allowed to read the bill because they are in a hurry, you will notice padded time. They will even charge for something they forgot to do

Even had one who said you don't need this dishpan and walked away with it full of old parts.

This company is the worst! They are completely unprofessional and do not respect your home at all. Every time they come, they leave a huge mess with spackle, screws and nails all over the floor (some of which you don't find until you step on them!) One time, they came only to assess a problem without doing any work. After they left, I saw they somehow managed to drop 3 or 4 nails on my floor! They are extremely rough and ALWAYS damage my furniture, walls, and floors. One time, already knowing the damage they were capable, I even moved everything far away to give so they had a 10 ft diameter of clear space to work in. Even still, they found a way to severely chip a piece of my furniture that was completely on the other side of the room. The guy was keeping his hammer under my dresser and when he went to set it down, he took a chip out of the bottom! When I called to complain, the representative was extremely rude. He did not apologize. Just heard what I had to say and said he would look into it. Never got a call back. To finally top off the long list of damage they caused to my home, there was a leak under my sink they assured me that they ""completely fixed"". The photos I attached are their idea of a ""completely fixed"" leak. They just stuffed paper towels around the pipe! I had someone else come to look at it (after Roy Neilson Plumbing assured me again over the phone it was completely fixed), and the other plumber told me it absolutely was not fixed at all. It had been leaking into walls for weeks at this point, causing a major mold problem worth thousands of dollars in damage! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this amateur company!

We are in the process of refurbing a rental house and needed several plumbing things done. Jerry came out right away to look at the job and give us a quote. He estimated things as he looked at them and then got back to us with a firm quote within a couple hours. The prices were very fair (a few of the bigger companies we looked at were double). He had a crew out the next day to complete the job. We ended up adding a few things and his team took care of it all. The water heater was leaking at the drain, and they repaired it vs replacing!! No price gouging, no issues, super clean work. We will keep this company in our records for any future needs.

They came for a repair and left a sewer cap off. Our home's entire bottom structure was flooded with raw sewage. They refused to take any responsibility and were very belligerent when I called them. I had to pay another company thousands of dollars to clean it up and make things right. Needless to say I will never call them again.

I had to replace a toilet, and called Roy Neilson Plumbing. I spoke with Frank who, without haste, recognized what was needed, and told me that he would have someone out immediately, which he did. Andrew came and checked and measured the toilet which required replacement. Andrew then said that he would be back within 1/2 hour to an hour. It was absolutely amazing, that not only was he back so soon, with the replacement, but immediately went to work. In no time at all, he had finished the job, cleaned up the area, and was finished. Not only was Andrew so efficient in performing the work, but very kind and personable.
Thank you Andrew, and I trust that Roy Neilson Plumbing will recognize you as a valuable asset to their company.

A friend referred us to Roy Neilson for a mainline blockage. Showed up same day at promised time. They are very professional and very competitively priced for work done. I would use them again and be very comfortable referring them to other.

Be careful using these guys. I personally had a bad experience. First off don't hire people who Bill by the hour! Wanted to Bill me for additional hours repairing my water heater and at the end didn't even fix the problem. Only cared about their hours not necessarily fixing the problem.

BEWARE! This Company is the worst rip off in the Valley. I had a main line blockage in December. The first person to show up could not clear it. The second person, with a larger rooter, claims he cleared it. I was charged an outrageous amount, nearly $400, for both workers' time. After about 10 days, the area near the clean out began to stink like raw sewage. After a few more weeks, the stink got worse and began to be quite repulsive and noticeable in our house. We called, they came back out. Refused to accept any responsibility for the problem, ran the rooter again for 15 minutes, refused to clean up the raw sewage seeping under our house, and charged us $110 more. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!

I have had Roy Nelson plumbing come to my house to do some extensive Plumbing work. I caught one of the workers sniffing my daughter's underwear and in one of the bathrooms that they were working in. When I caledl the owner first I talk to the wife Diane and she said she's never heard of such a thing. I then talked to her husband Jerry and he said he's never had an incident like this before so they didn't even apologize... they could care less and they're very unprofessional.I would use other people if I were you. Plus, their workers are very disgusting as far as working in a family home. The 2 of the workers were Caucasian men of an older generation so I'm not sure what's going on over there... beware....
