They just left. I thought I could have a big problem but they went through my system explaining everything they were doing as they went. Fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Made some suggestions explaining perfectly why at some time they would be a idea for convenience sake. These guys can come to my house anytime. BTW if it had been what I thought it was he said repairs start at $10k.

Terrible response. Called after hours and left a message. Just had simple scheduling questions and I received no call back what so ever. My message was very clear on my contact info. I have worked with several plumbing companies that respond 1st thing in the morning. I have not had any form of contact.

I have used roy dossey multiple times for various plumbing issues around the house. They are very efficient and reasonably priced. During the last visit to replace the garbage disposal he was done so quickly that I had him fix another minor item on my todo list as we still had plenty of time left in our hour. Great service.

I had a few extra little things that I needed done in the house that I was procrastinating on and the gentleman that came out knocked it all out saving me so much time. I love to support local, family owned businesses. Roy Dossey is prompt in returning calls. They come on time and if they will be late, they'll let you know. They do a good job, and are honest. They don't try to up-charge you on things you don't need or over bill you for service hours. I have used them 3 times and will use them again.

I was impressed with the honest- good service of this Arizona family own business. From the front desk secretary (Roy's daughter) to the plumbers I've interacted with: super friendly & very helpful people. These people have plumbing parts and brands that are old and difficult to find anywhere else in the valley.
It was a trip to see the founder Mr. Carl Roy Dossey in the store and look at all the pictures of this man and his family around the place. Thank you guys.
