omg! Call the local plumber for simple back ups! These guys charge $400 just to run a snake down your drain! I couldn't believe it!

We had a leak in our second bathroom and we tried to do as much as we could safely to fix it, but it was still leaking so we called Roto-Rooter to come take a look. Aman came and he looked at the leak and he told us that whoever fixed this before only replaced one part of the pipe and not the ring that connects it to the wall. That was unfortunate to hear. Then he told us that the base board looked bad so he looked and he called the ER restoration team and Shannon had walked us through what was ruined which was the bathroom floor and some of the carpets in certain areas. Overall great customer service and walking us through every step and just being understanding and explaining everything so we understood what was going on as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The main line to the sewer was backed up at my house due to being on the market for so long. We called up RotoRooter and the professionalism and customer service was great! The service tech, Casey F., was plenty of help and he was very knowledgeable.

On-line scheduling is awesome. Technician arrives within the window provided. Service was quick and uneventful. Although the price to install an additional sump pump was much higher than thought, it is really meant for emergency repairs. Find another contractor if you are asking for an enhancement.

Rotorooter saves the day! I had a great experience from the first call until the service was complete. I made the call at 8:30am and Gio was at my house by 10:15am. The man at the call center was friendly and helpful too. Gio was quick to diagnose the problem and got to work right away. He promptly removed and snaked the toilet. He also ran the camera through the drain pipe (really cool to see) and it made us feel secure and gave us knowledge about the future of our lines. I also appreciated that I wasn't charged for an estimate like the 3 other companies I called that day. Quick, super knowledgeable, funny, kind and gave excellent service. I highly recommend Gio and Rotorooter!!!!

If I could give a zero review, I would. I called today with a huge emergency - I had a gushing pipe break. I was explaining this, and whoever I talked to kept referring to it as a ""leak"". It wasn't a leak. It was a broken pipe in the wall, and I explained (as calmly as I could while my kitchen was filling with water) that the pipe was a water main and I couldn't figure out how to turn off the water. The dispatch said he would notify the emergency line and they should be there within the hour, but someone should call me with a time. I called back after 40 minutes with no word and some lady said she had called me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to come out until 6pm - keep in mind I called them at 9am because they offer emergency services. First of all, I NEVER received a call from them. Second of all, nine hours for an emergency is completely RIDICULOUS. I told her forget it, at this point I've wasted over 40 minutes with water still gushing from my pipe into my kitchen. Never did they once apologize or anything. I will say that a water remidiator did call me actually sooner than the actual company to let me know he could be out at 2 - he works with Roto rooter, but apparently didn't get the memo that his contract company couldn't get here sooner than he could. His name was Shawn and he was awesome. Other than that, this company was completely useless to me, I wasted time waiting on them when I could have been calling someone who could actually help me. After I hung up from ""Melanie"" or whatever her name was, I got the voicemail notification that someone had left a message - you know, 30 minutes after I called and they said someone would be out in the hour. I will NEVER use this company again.

The technician you sent was good but the bill was out of sight!!! I had one clogged bathroom sink and was charged ''FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS''. I expected maybe two to three hundred dollars but not twice that much. That was out of sight.

timeframe for appointment requested was honored. Technician arrived on time, replaced exterior hose faucet. completed job quickly, i asked if he could look at a toilet that wasn't filling/flushing correctly to see what it may cost to repair. he found an installation error and quickly moved a hose to correct problem, at no additional cost. highly recommend roto-rooter.

When both of my toilets were backing up into the showers I needed help as soon as possible. Other companies told me there were scheduling people for next week and the best answer I got was they could help at the end of November.
Roto-Rooter was able to schedule me within the next 4 hours. However, I got a call back within 10 minutes, and they were able to come right away.
Cliff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He was able to find the pipe to the septic tank that no one else could.
Thanks for everything. Roto-Rooter is now my first phone call.
