One of the service men came to my home, took a look at my toilet and told me the issue & price. While trying to get all the info , he looked at his watch and said he had to leave. I found that to be really rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!

This company began with 0 stars .... but as able to rectify the situation into 5 stars the issue began last February I called them to fix my kitchen sink they said the whole thing needs to be rerouted I agreed they charged me 300$ then 1yr later the same issue began again so I called them back thinking they would help resolve the issues with little to no cost since they supposably fixed it the 1st time but no they came out and wanted to charge me 300$ and saying the service only comes with a 6 month warranty... after not being satisfied with the services.. they reached out to me and offered to have a supervisor come and see what should be done he can out and found it was a minor issues that should could be fixed with no cost .. and even offered to do more by helping assist with the water damage that was left because of the leak ..They turned a bad situation to a good one ..... P.S all the workers that I have had contact with have a positive attitude & very friendly!

My problem: reoccurring sewer blockage thanks to roots from an intrusive crepe myrtle in my yard. I had earlier paid another contractor to fix the problem but four months later the problem blockage returned. Roto-Rooter guy explained that he'd have to do surgery to remove the invasive root in the sewer line. Price of the unblocking the sewer was included in replacing the blocked sewer line--nice job but rather high price. The Roto-Rooter plumber knew his stuff and the job was completed before time and quite professionally. He even gave helpful advice on how I could fix a dripping faucet.

Clogged drain with the inevitable overflowing toilet. Kyle was here in less than hour. His perseverance e was remarkable. His cleanliness was fantastic. He put in, in essence close to ten hours to work this out. I could not be more impressed with him.

Problem - Kitchen sink was plugged and not draining. Solution - Roto-Rooter came and power snaked the lines. Service was prompt. Plumber was knowledgeable, diligent and professional. He provided answers to all my questions and took the time to explain. What needed to be done was quickly diagnosed, a solution applied and the problem was solved. No 5th star because I though the price was a bit high.

I am pleased to write this review today. My family and I just relocated from Wisconsin and bought a home in Tega Cay, SC. We have a home warranty on our new home but when it came time for us to use the home warranty, most Plumbering companies I called did not want to deal with the Home warranty Co. but, not RotoRooters. They had no problem calling the Home Warranty company for me and adding them to their contract system. I called on a Monday and the work was done on Tuesday and a great job I must add. Mark and Tim cleaned out my very slow sink drains and unplugged an outdoor drain that was backing water up into my family room during rain storms. They explained what they were doing as they worked, were polite and efficient, and cleaned up the work areas when they were done. Thanks!

I was having a major leak, that actually turned out to be a clog. We were having issues flushing toilets and washing clothes. The clog we had was causing a leak in the crawlspace. I called Roto-Rooter and they were out the same day in the afternoon. The nice gentleman spent a few hours and several pieces of equipment diagnosing and fixing my problem. He was able to repair it and even gave us a warranty on the work. We now, thankfully, had water and plumbing working great through the holidays. The fee was actually a bit less than I expected which helped out around Christmas time, but the the customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, give them a call if you have any plumbing issues!
