I am really not one to complain but I feel the need to express my frustration with this business. Roto-Rooter came out to my house in January to replace my main water line. They did a great job, fast service that day and we have not had a problem with the pipes since. Well, in the process of the repair, they dug up my yard and removed a bush. As the end of the day approached, they finished the job, replaced the dirt and left, telling me that they would come back the next day and level the ground, plant grass, and replant my bush. I was fine with this. However, the next day, they didn't return. I called within the next few days, they apologized on the phone and said they would send someone that day. They didn't show up. Again. Over the next MONTH, I called at least 4-5 additional times. Each time they were extremely reassuring and apologetic, I even spoke with the owner who ensured me that """"this is not the way they do business"""". STILL, to this DAY, nearly 2 months after replacing the main line, they have YET to come back and fix my lawn. My bush is long dead, the front of my house is bare and looks ugly. Last time I spoke to someone on the phone, they told me they would have someone out within the HOUR. No one showed... surprise. Now, I will replace the bush and plant the grass myself, but that's not my biggest problem. My biggest issue is the integrity of this business. We paid them for the job in full immediately after it was completed, yet they refuse to come finish the job they started properly. They need to put their money where their mouth is when it comes to customer service. They need to do what they say they're going to do. Honestly, if you're thinking of calling Roto-Rooter, expect your plumbing to be repaired correctly, but not much more.

Wonderful service by Jonathan. Arrived quickly and got right to work. Great customer service and fixed our issue with a pleasant attitude. So grateful they were able to come out on call to help us. I would recommend them to others and use them in the future.

Still great service! Paul with the tattoos (he specifically asked to be called that) was wonderful explained all of the work needed and cost for a sewer line backup repair. He was very friendly and took the time to educate me on what we needed to do to fix and prevent future backups. Will call again.

Awful, awful, awful. Scheduled an appointment, they said """"expect a technician between 8 and 9 a.m."""" 9:30 a.m. still no tech. Called at 10 a.m. and they said """"finishing another job, be there before noon"""". They finally called at 3 pm and left message that they could send technician now. Called back at 3:20 and 3:30. No response. What else is there to say. They get 1 star because the girl taking calls was at least pleasant. Wasted an entire day waiting for these people. Never again.

Matt came out to my home as I was not able to get hot water from my kitchen faucet. In addition, I wanted the faucet replaced as I bought one from home depot. The hot water issue was fixed immediately and I was satisfied that it was a quick fix. However, to have the faucet replaced, i was quoted $486.56. I was shocked as I could not believe that price. Matt then offered a 10%. Almost $500 to replace a faucet that I purchased and he advised I needed to replace two kitchen angel stops. I was feeling I was being taken advantage of. So, I called around and EVERY plumber in town told me that was a ridiculous price and said I would have been crazy to pay it. The company that did install it a day later agreed I needed the angel stops, but charged me not even $200. I am still shocked over the $300 price difference. I have ALWAYS used Roto-Rooter and now I wish I would have shopped around as I'm sure you took advantage of me for previous services I paid for.

The repair was completed but the repairman Did not bother to clean up after the repair.I was charged for parts to temporarily repair the water heater until I could get it replaced about three days after. The parts weren't returned nor was I given a discount for the new parts that were just days old when the installation of the new heater was completed.

We had a leakage in kitchen sink faucet. We bought a new faucet from Home Depot and thought will install ourselves but the granite had to be cut and was little complex. So asked Home Depot to send a plumber. They have contract with someone and that person came home without any tools and chat with me about how he is #1 in whole America and his artistic knowledge and the things he had built and showing pictures and talking about his friend - a cop - Leon and bla bla bla. He checked faucet and touched somehwhere underneath and the water pipe started leaking alot. He said he won't be able to do it and he know a friend who is a Master Plumber and he will contact me. I had to wash my dishes for 2 days in laundry sink kitchen and that guy's friend didn't contact me. Then I contacted Roto Rooter and the guy set up an appointment. He arrived on time. He placed a cloth on floor and tools on it so that floor won't get scratched or dirty. He did excellent job with replacing the new faucet, cutting the granite and installing soap dispenser on the side as well. He cleaned up well after he was done. We were charged about $268. I absolutely recommend Roto Rooters!! Very much pleased!

This was the best plumbing experience I have had. Jonathan was punctual, professional, answered all of our questions and did a marvelous job. I did not know what to expect before calling (especially since my past plumbing experiences with other companies was not the best) but even the person that set up the service call was extremely friendly and helpful. My experience all around was a great one. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for all of my future needs. Update: The issue was not resolved but after a callback they sent a very experienced plumber to our home. John was amazing. He explained everything and actually located the real issue. He completed the repairs and I am extremely satisfied with the repair that was completed by John. He located the issue quickly and made sure it was resolved. RotoRooter you have a happy client!!

Excellent service. Technician was on time and did a very thorough job. Hard worker. Dug out my sewer line by hand to fix a root problem in the line. Showed me the problem and the repair with photos when he was finished.
