I called on Friday night to get service on Saturday. They told me that I was scheduled from 10:00 to 2:00 and I would have priority, meaning closer to 10:00 than 2:00. I called at 1:30 because I hadn't heard anything. Turns out they scheduled me for 10:00 am in 2021. They said someone would be right over. I called back an hour and a half later wondering when ""right over"" plumber was gonna be there. Yep, he's finishing up and on the way. An hour later another call, he got held up, some else will be there in 20 minutes, finally showed up an hour after that. I sat home all day without being able to run water without it pouring onto my basement floor. When the plumber showed up she did a great job and make short work of my clog but it's a shame that it took so long to get someone there. I will probably never call rotorooter again.

I typically like to go with local businesses, not large chains. However, I had water seeping into my bed room and needed help fast. These guys were great. Their call center kept me updated on delays and when I could expect the technician. Josh, my technician, was very good. He was professional, polite and very personable- a hard mixture to pull off. He found my problem, the quote was reasonable and he was quick and efficient fixing it. I will use these guys again for my next plumbing project...hopefully a nice long time from now.

I called today to set up an appointment and asked them if it could be after 3PM and they said it was NO PROBLEM! It was a great feeling knowing they could work around my schedule! Zack(0181) was amazing! So professional and very eager to explain how the problem happened and how to prevent it. I could tell he was very well trained in her profession and his personal skills made me feel very comfortable! The price was very reasonable! Zack had everything done in about 45 minutes and everything is working great! THANK YOU!!!!

Had an issue with very low water in 2 bathroom sinks on 2nd floor. Tyler (#2092) arrived and solved the issue within 5 minutes! He discovered the aerators were clogged and he completed the work and was done very quickly. Very happy with our service and would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for future needs. Thanks!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the cost. I think the labor cost is too high. That being said, everything went smoothly from placing the service order online through to the finished job. My service time 4 hour window was noon - 4 pm. Around 2 pm I received a call to let me know I hadn't been forgotten - the tech were on other calls. Around 3:30 I got a call saying the tech would be there in 30-45 minutes. Josh (#4619) arrived on time, reviewed my plumbing problems and gave me an estimate. He was very courteous and made sure to keep my floors clean - which wasn't easy because there was a thunderstorm while he was working. When the work was finished, Josh went over the repairs with me when he was finished. Everything was completed neatly and professionally. The cost did come in a little under the estimate.

During heavy reain we noticed our sump pump was not working properly. Called Roto and within a few hours, Matt came out and replaced the pump saving our basement. Our battery back up was not working as well so will have to have that replaced too at a future date.
