Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter was readily available when others weren't, 24/1. Came and cleared our main drain within 2 hours of our call. Unfortunately same problem recurred 2 days later. Zach 0181 was sent this time around. He was friendly, professional and did a more thorough job. He cleared the drain but ran the line to the full 100 feet to be certain all was cleared. He also will set us up for a free diagnostic camera inspection. Zach's service made having to clean the flooded area again much more palatable. They guaranteed their work so the second visit was free.

We called Roto Rooter after my ""maintenance guy"" BF had made several attempts to remedy a shower leakage problem. When it leaked into the adjoining storage space and ruined some of his photos, it was time. Zach (0181) was persistent and open to the BF's requests, even after investigation of the area behind the water controls revealed that the piping had been buried under layers of mortar. He drove his van back and forth to Home Depot to find parts he needed several times, but in the end couldn't resolve our issue. What I really appreciated was that then he called in Bill (722) to review his work and approaches. Bill was able to resolve the problem, which seemed to be related to the age of our home (1950's era), and may have involved techniques that pre-date Zach's training. The depth of experience in the company, plus the humility and persistence of the younger employees will keep us returning for help when we need it.

The technician was professional, courteous and fast. He repaired our clogged basement drain quickly and with no mess. We had a previous plumber wreck our carpet, so it was nice that he was concerned about the mess. The only complaint is that we could not get any type of price over the phone. It turned out that the price was reasonable and we could use a coupon to make it an even better deal, but it would have been nice to have some kind of estimate before the technician arrived.

The guys that came over were really great, fast, and provided some additional information/help to me that was greatly appreciated. While there, they noticed another issue, which they also fixed for me, instead of making me schedule a second service. Very professional.

Called Rotorooter on Tuesday morning and got the repair on Tuesday afternoon. Zach Wilkins was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. We had a gutter issue on the exterior of the house and he, for the most part, fixed our problem. Although he was not allowed on the roof, company policy, he told me what I needed to do to further fix the issue.

Would call again if I needed help with this kind of issue.

I had an extremely clogged kitchen drain. I tried to 'snake' it myself, no help. Called Plumber #1, who arrived 3 days later, also cabled the drain to no avail and still charged me $300.
The next day, I called Roto Rooter, within 2 hours a representative was at my house checking out the issues. He dispatched a technician who arrived at 7pm (they dont charge for off-hours!) and ta-da! Problem Solved.
Techician was extremely pleasant, gave me tips and tricks.

So Roto Rooter to the rescue! Zachary & Chris Showed up in estimated time frame, so that was great as I had taken off of work. Told the guys about the drain problems and where I left off of it. They listened and promptly got their sewer machine and got busy like no ones business! Within an hour they have line unclogged. Me- very happy;) positive experience with these guys. Glad they didn't try to find/sneak other issues into the job and didn't flinch at the online coupon offered at time of service. So yay roto rooter! These guys made your team look good. I believe Zachary will be running the outfit soon!!

They finished the job and they did a good job. However it felt like they took their sweet time. They arrived late and after they pulled up we saw them outside talking to our neighbor for a couple mins. It just seemed like they were moving slowly. Maybe they don't get very many breaks during their shift? That's how it felt anyway- not sure though. Anyway they'll get the job done.
